Crock-Pot 4.5 Quart Round Portable Slow Cooker and Food Warmer, Black & White Pattern (SCR450-HX)

My last crockpot broke, so we needed a new one and I didn't want to spend a ton of money. With my husband and I both being blind, we also wanted something with a simple dial that could be felt. After getting helpful answers to my question about the dial, I bought this.The size is good for two people who like a few leftovers, and the dial is perfect. None of that digital stuff that we love to hate! It's shorter and wider than what I've had before, but I actually like that for when making frozen meat. My only complaint, and this is very minor, is that the lid doesn't seem to fit on as snuggly as ones I've had in the past, but it's still good enough to work. All in all, I'm quite happy with this purchase.

I wanted a smaller one, I wanted a round one instead of the oblong I've had for years, so this one is great lol-I do wish it was -slightly bigger- but it's a good product.

Works,looks, feels Great. Glad i got it the only semi knock i have is there is no timer displayed to show how much time is left. i mean we have phones, ovens that all have timers, i get it.. but, thats my only knock on this great item.Get it and make your friends jelly, cuz your crock pot looks cool and works great!

I love this new crockpot. The price was also reasonable. 2 days ago I made Mexican pork Mol'e stew which took 8 hours and 47 minutes while on low setting. I noticed that the pork meat was soft and tender with a mild smokey flavor. The broth was very savory. I topped the pork mol'e meat with fresh chopped cilantro, served with cilantro lime rice and steamed mixed vegetables. I can not wait for other slow cooked meals in my new crockpot. This item never disappointed me. I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

Like any crock pot the cleaning is a pain because you're juggling a heavy ceramic pot that has literally spent hours cooking crud onto the surface. However, the shape of this crock helps because it actually fits in the sink. It always comes clean. Sometimes I fill it halfway with water, cut a lemon in half and toss it in there and put it on medium for a few hours and it helps a lot. It works great, I use it all the time and the pattern is pretty sweet too.

My mom’s crockpot stopped working. This was a replacement for one she had for well over 20 years. She said she wanted a round 4.5 quart model. Turns out the old one was larger but she was fine with the downsizing. So far she’s only used it one time to make chili. She said cleanup was easy because nothing stuck or burned to the bottom of the pot. Her only comment when it was delivered was, “Oh you didn’t get the red one that said Taco Tuesday.” She still likes it.

I recently broke the lid on my smaller crockpot that I bought in the 90’s. I could t replace the lid so I decided in this one. I love it. Easy to make chicken in compared to my old one, good temperature control. Works well

Una excelente olla de cocimiento lento, muy practica y fácil de usar, llego antes de lo planeado y estoy muy satisfecho con el producto.

Sirve bien en si el contenido pero la tapa como es demasiada pequeña se escapa el calor y tarda el doble de tiempo. Tuve que usar papel encerado y otra tapa de otra olla para póster llegar al resultado esperando.
