Junk. Multiple failures. ZERO support.
Lens began to cloud up on the inside after 3 months making night vision cloudy . Zero support from Loosafe. Zero response from Loosafe. No reply to emails. Customer service phone number disconnected. Finally after 1 year and 1 week the unit finally bricked itself. Fullly charged batteries, no connection, flood light randomly comes on. Charging status LED’s begin flashing with no charger connected. Probably motherboard failure.Also the compartment to insert the SIM card looks nothing like the pictures here. It’s a bare edge of a pc board with sim slots on the edge. There is no faceplate in that compartment.

Camera and customer service are good, the app and manual can use some improvements
Initially gave 3 stars for not being able to reset the device after changing SIM card and deleted device from the app. See the attached photos. But after contacting their support at [email protected], it turned out I have to press the reset button next to the SIM card for a few seconds to actually reset the device, which isn’t mentioned anywhere on the app nor the included manual. Now everything works pretty well so I’m giving it 5 stars, even though their app and manual needs improvement, the camera and the app, once setup, do exactly what they supposed to be doing and serve the purpose.The long story:I first tried this camera with my phone's sim card just to make sure it actually works, and it did, quite well to be honest, even though I try-and-error a few times toggling it on and off to get the blue LED lights up(means it connects to LTE network). Then I purchased a new sim card for this camera, try-and-error again to get the blue LED on, wasn't successful.So I thought maybe I should delete the device from the app and re-add it. Which turned out not really related to the issue. It just takes time and maybe a few restarts to connect to LTE network. When I finally got the blue LED on, the app/cloud now keeps thinking this device is already in use and wouldn't let me re-add. The app seemingly asking if you would like the app/cloud to reset and re-add the device for you, but confirming it would just take you back to the home screen and nothing happens.And I also tried switching back to my phone's sim which was originally used and worked, doesn’t work neither. What the app should have told me is, “Press the reset button on the device for a few second until you hear reset sound with red and blue LED on, the add the device again on the app”. Which I didn’t find out until I contacted their customer service through email, and I found the email from one of the answers to questions on this page. I also ask question to seller through Amazon as well, which also got a response.Overall, product and customer service are good, but the manual/app/contact information can use some improvement.

Camera does NOT work on Verizon Network
Spent over a month trying to get the camera setup. I went to the Verizon store two times, plus numerous calls to the Verizon help center ... Verizon requires a valid IMEI code to activate a SIM card. The IMEI number was located on the motherboard inside the camera.. you have to remove 4 screws to access the numbers. It's not hard, just inconvenient. (This information along with the FCC number should be on an external sticker) ..I gave a Verizon tech the IMEI number and he send it was INVALID. I went to a different store just to make sure, and that tech said the same thing... I did the same thing with the online help desk. bottom line .. I could never get it to work because I could not get a valid Verizon SIM card.(PS ; the vendor said .. "try T-Mobile !" ... I bought the camera because the ad states that it works on the Verizon network ! I don't have T-Mobile service in my area.)The vendor does have great customer service. They refunded the money without hesitation.

This camera has been amazing!
I’ve had the camera in operation for about 3 months now here in Michigan with mostly cloudy skies and rain and snow. This camera is amazing. It works flawlessly. I use the tilt, pan and audio. It is a well made device. Solar power works great with very little sunshine. The AT&T wireless signal works like a charm. So glad I bought this camera to be able to see our house being built. We just mounted the camera to a tree and I can use the app to see it. Thank you for making this product.

Worked great…for 3 months that is.
Started out as described. Installed on a property 1000 miles from our home (for animals, maintenance, weather) and was very pleased. However, you must use a third party app - and once I updated the recommended firmware update in late October 2021, the devise stopped recognizing all cell SIM cards. had to remove and switch to the Reolink equivalent instead.

Missing parts, would not link up.
Buy another product, this was the worst mistake I ever made on Amazon. Missing parts, would not link up, bad instructions.

Perfect solution
I love this camera. As soon as I followed the instructions to set this up, it was up and running. Has worked like a charm. Excellent quality products that does exactly what they advertise it to do.
