TUG Oval 360° Tangle-Free Retractable Dog Leash with Integrated Waste Bag Dispenser (Medium, Black)

Bought two of these in white. Love them. Long length, smooth extension and retraction. Soft pliable leash that isn’t too thick or thin. I struggle a lot with the lock button - it’s easy for me to lock the leash but harder to figure out how to unlock it. Feels high quality and seems very durable. A nice perk - the little storage hole that can fit one or two poop bags.

Love this leash. Works great and the poop bag storage eliminates facing to carry bags separately. This is a replacement for the same leash we bought years ago and loved but was destroyed in an unfortunate accident, but it worked great and was very durable.

The built in compartment for storing waste bags is a brilliant touch. Being able to keep a few bags right on the leash means I am never caught without one on a walk. My only wish is that it were a little larger. It holds about three or four bags, and I would happily trade a bit of extra bulk for the room to carry more. That small gripe aside, the leash itself works well and the bag dispenser being integrated is genuinely convenient. A solid, practical design.

Positive: The length is perfect. Very strong material. I have a Golden Retriever that can pull very hard sometimes. I am just fond of the space for the 3 potty bags. To be improved: The white won’t stay white too long because when it falls on a hard floor, the scratch marks won’t go away. The 360 feature is not 100% efficient and the block/unblock system tends to fail.

Best retractable leash I have ever had. It really is tangle free and the control of the retract works smoothly and is easy to lock/unlock. I use it with a rescue small, active dog that is frightened by overly forcefull retract on some of the other leashes I’ve tried. Well made product.

This does what it is supposed to. It's a retractable leash. My favorite feature is the integrated waste bag dispenser. It is just a spot where one can stuff a couple of poop bags but useful. The mechanism is a bit noisy.

Always strong and works great

I rarely post reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so other dog owners can decide accordingly. I’ve had this leash for less than two years. Over time, the edges began to fray, which caused the retractable function to get stuck. During walks, my dog tripped a couple of times because the leash didn’t retract properly. On a few occasions, the leash wrapped tightly around his leg. I decided to stop using it at that point, as a sudden dash with the leash wrapped around his leg could very well cause injury. For reference, I’ve always used this leash under normal conditions, no rough handling, just everyday walks. I also own a 7-year-old leash from another brand (FLEXI) which is used in the same way, and it still works flawlessly with no fraying or retraction problems. When I contacted customer service, I was told the warranty only covers one year and they couldn’t help beyond that. I do not plan to replace my leash on an annual basis, and I am not interested in supporting a company that doesn't stand behind their product, so I am switching back to the other brand. Bottom line: This leash did not hold up well and may pose a safety risk if it frays. I recommend considering other options.

Love this lead! Was a little worried after reading reviews on others fraying so waited a while before reviewing and it's great! No fraying, ggod length, with a little extra attachment incase you have a "bitey lead doggy" the doggie bag pocket it a great addition. Easy to use, overall my frenchie and I are very happy 😊
