Made in China. I'm getting ready to return mine, only used it twice, didn't work the second time. Also, for exact weights you will need a 500 gm weight to calibrate it, or at least that's what showed up on my screen. I don't have one.

Q: I do not have the manual. How do you use the counting feature?

1. Turn on the scale and wait until the LCD displays "0.0"2. Press and hold the PCS key for two seconds to enter the counting modesetup. The display will show a random number for example "30".3. Place a sample amount on the scale platform of the items being weighed.This quantity should either be 10,20,30,or 40 pieces.4. Once the weight is stable, press the MODE key to select between10,20,30,or 40 and press PCS to confirm the amount.5. You can now add products on the scale platform and the display will showthe count.

Q: i lost the manual, how can i calibrate it?

You will need 500g calibration weight to perform calibration. From the manual:1) Turn the scale on;2) Wait untill the display shows "0.0"; press "Hold"+"Mode" keys for 3-5 seconds till the LCD shows "CAL"; then press and release "Mode" key;3) Press "Mode" key again; "CAL" will be flashing on the display;4) Add the required weight; after a few seconds the LCD will show "PASS".This calibration played tricks on my scales since the reading was "0.02" or something like this no weight was even placed on the platform.

It is 4 x4 it is Worth every penny it's a very good scale and durable I have dropped it several times and it still works good I would buy it again if i accidently broken some out and it comes with two trays which is very convenient and nice
