Can this battery replace the 4.8V 700mA original battery. How much more time will it give?

I can not tell you how much more time it will give, but I would imagine about 3 times what the original did, since the new one has approx. 3 times the mAh rating.

Can this replace a 4.8v 700 mha for a Hosim 6 wheel?

Yes, but you will need to cut out the end connector on this battery and replace it with the one on the old battery pack. I have the Hosim 6 wheel as well and will be getting this battery pack for it soon

can i use this to power just my receiver for binding?

yes, the 4.8v can be used to bind tour rec. to your xmitter.
