Simple to use, strong, and really well made. I've just bought a second pair because they are more versatile than normal metal "g-clamps". The soft jaws grip well and don't damage wooden surfaces. They're perhaps a little over-priced, but they will last.

I am very pleased with these clamps. They are well made with a rigid metal shaft and lever to release the grip. The rest is good quality plastic with soft rubberised jaws which grip the items being held together. The clamps work well, gripping the items together tightly. I have just used them to clamp battens to the bottom of new skirtings which needed to be widened to line up to the existing skirtings. Very pleased with the result.. My next job is a garden shed I will be building to join the rectangular framework and line it up ready for nailing in place. I will probably need to buy two more clamps. Clamps come in various sizes so it is advisable to measure up to calculate the size you need for the job. Too big is better than too small.

These clamps are a good value for money as well as good quality. They provide a good clamping force, with a secure grip and are easy to use.

Sturdy clamps have not yet used officially but looking at the build quality and padding I can tell will be great.

I just received these today but having seen them in the flesh it's quite clear they are every bit comparable if not better made than the equivalent Irwin ones I already own and use daily, so would gladly recommend. Specifically they are well moulded, and have an edge in the design of the moulding perhaps, and a very slightly firmer plastic even than the big boys. The handles are pleasingly strong, which I have found in the past to be a weak point with ratchet action clamps like this, handles breaking off etc. The quick release spreader feature is excellent and I expect should come in rather handy. Looks well designed and robust, and is a feature not offered at all by the Irwin clamps. As far as this type of clamp goes, the clamping pressure is quite adequate for pretty robust use, such as even holding router templates and such things which really want to be clamped hard enough to not move. These clearly have a similar clamping pressure to the Irwins so I expect no trouble. They do have a larger pad area on the jaw which seems well fashioned and larger than the Irwins too, which is nice. So all in all what looks like an excellent clamp. However, the price point is odd, since I realised after ordering these that I could pick up a pair of equivalent Irwins in toolstation for 25% less cost for the pair. Which I did also just do as it happens... mid clamp buying binge. At first I was expecting to be faced with the moral decision of returning them (and what happens with those items thereafter...) but having seen them I will gladly keep them, since they appear well made and have more features than the Irwin clamps. So it's all good.

A good bit of kit that does the job it's designed for is easy to use and of a good size at the price works well as a clamp and is versatile as it can be adapted to be used as a spreader by simply reversing the end grip and the grip buffers are removable should you have need to

Genial, los utilizo para encuadernación y ejerce la presión que necesito. Seguramente compraré un par más en breve. Muy bien. En cuanto al tañamo son manejables, más pequeños serian de juguete aunque es posible que existan sargentos más pequeños y de igual presión cosa que me iría bien en cuanto a manejabilidad encima de la mesa. Lo dicho, si estás en el ámbito de la encuadernación y todavía no tienes una prensa, esos sargentos con dos tablas de madera funcionan a la perfección.

Hab nach Einhandklemmen gesucht, die nicht zu teuer sind und trotzdem meine Werkstücke festklemmen. Hab noch von einer anderen Marke Einhandklemmen, die aber nicht so gut sind. Ich bin voll zufrieden. Einfache, leichte Bedienung, super verarbeitet. Sie halten meine Werkstücke auch dann super fest, wenn ich mit dem Schleifgerät meine Werkstücke bearbeite. Farbe stört mich nicht, waren aber 3€ billiger als die Schwarzen.
