Excellent price for very useful product. My wellness check showed I was severely low on Vitamin D. I recently had illness that kept me from my usual activities and I didn’t get out in the sun like I needed to. So instead of the high cost associated with a prescription my PCP recommend over the counter vitamin D. I made sure I got the D3 Bismin D. I only have to take it once a week. I just add it to my other medication schedule and no problems. I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks now and my repeat labs show my levels have nearly reached normal. It will be checked again in a few weeks so I need to keep taking g it. So glad I found this at a reasonable price price. I’ve had no side effects at all taking it. Plus I seem to have much more energy and I am able to think more clearly and overall feel better. I seem to sleep better. Its a small capsule so it’s easy to swallow. It’s been a very good addition to my medication schedule. So far the progress is excellent. So until my lab values return to normal I will continue with this unit I can get out in the sunshine.

Just what the Dr ordered, I was having a hard time finding what I needed in the store, looked on amazon they had the exact dosage my dr recommended for me to take. It is affordable and a small pill to swallow, no taste to it and delivered right to my door! It has helped improve my vitamin d levels!

This is a great option to the RX version if you are diagnosed with very low vitamin D. Be sure to get regular bloodwork when taking this as it can raise your levels far above the recommended safe limits if you take it for too long. It's really intended to correct a deficiency and then you can take lower dosages to maintain. The quality is good as my wife got her levels up to the max, and the pills are smal enough for her to swallow without any problem. They have no taste and one gel pill will take care of your deficiency. Vitamin D regulates many things from immune system support to bone density and other key body systems, and most people are low on it. People with darker skin or very pale skin tend to be lowest as dark skin produces less from the sun and pale skin usually means little to no sun exposure, so no D production.

Awesome product. Small pill, no aftertaste, seems to be working well with my body. Definitely recommend for someone with low vitamin D. Definitely talk to your doctor before purchase and get blood work done to know your levels.
