Worked the first time, no problem! Great remote!

The remote came quickly, however it did not work. It would turn the tv on, but not off again. Amazon quickly sent another remote and it works great.

These remotes work really well — until they don’t. They require no setup for Samsung TVs, other than inserting batteries. But… They tend to start having odd problems after a few years. One just had one button that simply stopped working. The one we are replacing suddenly began turning the TV off and on continuously until we removed its batteries. That one was a little tough to figure out.

Great remote for the price works on my TV and it works with my Roku as well, without having to program anything.

So far, so good. Last week I purchased a new Samsung U7900FD 65 in UHD television. The remote that came with it was very limited. This EONCHARM remote is much more user friendly, with well marked buttons and the ability to directly switch to a different channel. Samsung should have included this remote with the new television instead of the pitiful remote that was packaged with the new TV.

Thank you my 75 year old neighbor needed it and he's so happy this is the second one the other one I've ordered from here the first one was all greasy so it wasn't working properly and I didn't feel like wiping it out. But you it still was trying to come on so I'm saying this is a good remote control.

This remote is great. It did not work straight out of the package. Only the volume and channel button worked. After pressing the power button a few times, I was able to turn the TV off and then back on. All other buttons worked fine after that.
