They're not bad.
They pull off easy, which can be good or bad. They only hold 3 picks as opposed to the one I used to have held about 8 or 9...but honestly 3 is fine, of you are losing more than that during a session then you have a bigger problem.

While these definitely have strong enough adhesive to support a guitar pick :) the adhesive is not as good as it should be and I have knocked mine off a few times

Too big for electric guitar imo, but perfect for acoustic.
These things actually hold picks very well. Amount that fits depends on what pics you use obviously. I use dunlop tortex 73. There is a thin two-sided tape to hold this in place. I don't think you can easily remove it so really think about where you want to mount it. If you always use a music stand or something similar, that might be a good place. If youre putting this on an acoustic (or elec) guitar then my advice is to think about how it will fit in the guitar case because if you have a tight-fitting hardshell case it might dig into the fabric. I'm sure these are great for acoustic while camping.

These do hold your picks but i had to add double-sided tape because they kept falling off the guitar. First world problem

Great value for the money!
Great value for the money. I stick these everywhere in my home studio and they make for a handy way to keep picks from laying around. I've had no issues with them remaining sticky and I still have some in place from more than 2 years ago. Way more durable than I expected!

Cheap
Terrible. Cheaply made, doesn't stay together, cheap adhesive. I'm going to have to super glue it together and stitch it to a strap to make them worth even using.
