Best phone holder I have ever used! I installed it on my dashboard. The installation process is simply and only took a few minutes, very sturdy and durable. When I first set it up, it kept falling off, so I got frustrated and sent it back... Later, Miracase's customer service team showed me the correct way to use it. First stick the base pad for 24hrs, then stick the actual stand and let it sit for at least two days before using it. Once you have both sticky pads held together it held on like a champ!!! Oh, and the customer service team also reminded me that during hot summer days, it's better to use the air vent mount since the high temperatures inside the car can affect the adhesive. When it's cold, it's better to use the dashboard mount. The suction is excellent. the mount is very stable. The arm of the mount is positioned at a sufficient distance from the vent, ensuring proper air flow. The mount can rotate effortlessly. Just be careful not to tighten the nut too tightly behind the phone holder, or else you won't be able to rotate it anymore. Pressing the button on the back of the phone holder makes it easier to remove the phone. It is very well made, protects the phone, and is a sleek design that I really like. Also impressive is that the holder securely grips my phone and it doesn't come loose when I drive my truck on bumpy dirt roads. Overall, I really enjoy using this holder. This was a very good purchase ！

It does what it says it will do (it holds the phone and has never dropped it on me), but it’s not right for me. I clamped it to the heat vent, and due to the phone holder design, I am unable to adjust the heat vent at all. Maybe people with other types of automobiles won’t have that problem. I also personally prefer a release button on the side rather than the center back, it’s just easier for me to reach. I tried to get used to it and allowed my return window to close. I still decided to buy a different phone holder that is more like the one I used to have. I think this one is a very good phone holder if you like the center button position, don’t put it on your heat vent (or don’t ever need to adjust the vent), and don’t need it to charge the phone.

Works great and holds with out falling off all the time. I have it in my car for o er a year and has not fallen off once and holds my phone great.

I've probably burned through a dozen different dash mounts in my time, seeking the ideal solution. Finally, I have found it! I have struggled with large and bulky designs that sometimes fail to support their own weight, suction cups which cannot attach to the dash, adhesives that fail in summer heat, vent clips that jam the vent controls and eventually vibrate back out, designs with plastic adjustment gizmos that are over-complicated and cannot withstand their own tension forces needed to secure the device. This product is NONE of that! (Well, I will never have to learn about the suction/adhesive capabilities because the vent clip is so perfect for me.) The design and composition of materials is as solid and sleek as the phone itself, and the movements for gripping and releasing the phone are smooth and firm without being excessive to the point of complications that will eventually fail. The approach to clipping into the vent requires very little space comparable to other products and allows for location on the vent in multiple other places other than direct center as is the case with other products hoping to make their most secure attachment. This unit attaches out of the way of the vent air AND still makes the most secure (and easily installed) vent connection I have enjoyed. The best part about the vent clip mount is the extreme ease with which it enables the positive latch hook to adjust to any size vent blade and create a solid wrap-around attachment to the blade itself, making it impossible for the mount to work itself back out over any amount of time or use. I didn't even need to refer to the instructions. I opened the product out of the packaging (equally as fine as any modern cellphone itself) and went right for the vent mount. I looked at it and saw how it worked within seconds, took it to the car and had it installed within seconds again. Honestly, if I was sitting in the car and opened the package there I would have had my new cellphone mount installed in less than one minute of beginning to open the box, and this in spite of never having seen the product first-hand before. And I am pretty certain that this unit will never come back off from where it was installed until I sell the vehicle. Overall: brilliant. Couldn't be happier. I'd honestly say this is the best value I have ever received for an on-line purchase. I need to buy more cars so that I can buy and install more of these things.

So I was beyond excited when I first purchased this item. The reviews seemed great, I didn't want to buy another phone holder that was attached to my air vent. This holder seemed versatile and easier to use. After getting it home and following the instructional videos and packaging, I did everything as required; low and behold, the suction didn't work. I am disappointed as I wanted this to be the best holder for me, the ease of opening and closing it and the extendable arm were so appealing. However due to the lack of suction. I need a phone holder. So for that, I had to give a 3-star review. I wish the company had gotten back to me with an alternative suction, but maybe after hearing this review, they'll respond. If this would have suctioned on appropriately this would have been a 5-star reviewed item.

Product is still good, but see below this initial review for update. * Ordered 2 sets of this product. * Installed to the window as the dash positioning was not good on my vehicle * Suction cup works good! * Removed from windshield a couple of times trying in different places; suction was not lost * The telescopic arm allows for flexibility and works well * Set up vent clip but haven't used quite as much yet but is sturdy and stable * Nice flexibility to use phone either vertically or horizonally * Easy to add phone and remove from unit * Directions clear * Product is just as show in pictures * Have used for 2 months - winter only - thus far * No complaints - recommend UPDATE: One Complaint (as mentioned above - I bought 2 of these units; 1 for myself, another for a spouse) * Each box came with a promotional card offering a " Free Car Vent Phone Mount" - just email them with the order ID. Thought this would be great! One could have available both mounts and use either by just moving your phone - rather than unscrewing the phone mount from one and repostitioning onto the other - potentially weakening the mount components, not to mention the potential of damaging the vent if you did not take the clip off the vent before positioned the phone mount to it. * Emailed as stated - providing an order ID (showing 2 complete units purchased) * Company would not honor the promotion for each unit ordered. * Company replied that only 1 promotion per ORDER is allowed. * VERY Disappointed! The promotional insert in each box does not state only 1 free mount per order. If more than one unit is ordered and each box contains the promotion that seems to imply that each unit should be due the promotion. * THUS, if you intend to purchase more than one unit (and should the promotion continue) - make them separate orders if you would like the company to honor their promotion.
