I’ve had this a month now. I’ve used it daily and used two of the three possible movement directions. I have not yet tried the programs. I’m 75, overweight, and not flexible. All the issues seniors face with stiffness and aches and whatnot, I’ve got. This review is for all y'all that are, too. What I’ve found is that it has helped my balance (I’m moving more easily over the yard to get to the car and whatnot), my strength is improving (I’ve carried the large cat-food bags in where previously I had difficulty lifting them), my flexibility increased (I’m easily bending down to pick things up, etc), aches in body and joints (just general aches go away and stay away for quite a while, to my surprise), and my energy has gone up (previously I was too tired to walk to the next room until I absolutely had to). In a month! (I need an extra ! on that). To accomplish this, I’ve stood on it and bent my knees a little (nowhere near an actual squat) for 15 seconds or so, and I’ve got a little 2lb hand weights and still standing on it, I do 4 curls, 4 lifts up and down over my head, 4 lifts to the side. I then turn at the waist (I can only go a small amount around, so far) in each direction. That takes me about 2 minutes or so. That’s it. Seriously, that is all I'm doing. My body feels as if it has worked out for a long time. I don’t quite understand how, but it does. The machine takes each direction up to (iirc) level 60 but I’m only on level 1. Haven’t gotten farther – don’t need to, at least not yet. I started and was on it for just over 1 minute that first time and felt like I’d worked out for an hour. A month later, I’m at 3+ minutes and feel like I’ve really worked out. My body is really responding. I’ve even started using it for 20 seconds before bed because after sitting all evening when I stand up I’m all stiff and if I just lay down in bed I spend an hour while my legs and back object and carry on. That 20 seconds of shaking sorts it all out and I sleep easily without all the leg and back foofaraw. I have a bad back and I was afraid this machine would be a bad thing, shaking me around. Not so. It is better than sliced bread, lol. If you’re a senior like me and you’re debating if you should get it or not due to cost and wondering if it really works, let this review encourage you. Go for it. Worth every single cent. I feel so much better. This gets bonus stars if they had them.

This is a wonderful tool to enhance your fitness routine!! I bought it in part because of the lifetime warranty (used a cheaper version for a year before it quit, so was looking for a better-made option). I’m so glad I went with Lifepro! Heavy-duty, large platform with ‘4D’ that is seamless to use. Much quieter than my old machine, and packs way more ‘punch’ with regard to the features included. I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been using it daily for about a month and can see increased muscle tone in target areas as well as a significant reduction in fluid retention. I highly recommend this platform for weight loss, toning, pain relief, and a reduction in fluid retention. I’ve found it to be user-friendly and it provides many varied speed and directional settings from the remote I can wear on my wrist (brilliant)!

I am loving this machine! I have only used it a few days so far, but I can feel the loosening of muscles in my back and just makes my body feel good. I am honestly sad when the 10 minutes are up lol! I think because it feels like I am getting a full body massage and I don’t want the session to be over. I bought it for lymphatic drainage, and hopefully it will help with cellulite, loosing tight fascia, and tone muscles. It’s quiet and I bought the larger one so that I can sit on it comfortably if I choose not to stand. However, I love standing on it while shifting my weight and feeling it work on different parts of my body.

I borrowed one of these in the past and really liked it. Just purchased one that was returned, "like new" but it was not- it was damaged and not working. Everyone knows Amazon tracks your returns to decide if they deem you a chronic returner- so I don't want to buy used anymore because getting broken stuff can still count against you as a return. Other than that it's a good product that I believe helps the vagus nerve and you will feel more relaxed and less stress. Lifepro states theres a lifetime warranty so that is helpful and I look forward to buying my next one brand new, as soon as my refund clears.

Update I have now been using daily for over a month and have great results cellulite reduction lost a few pounds and just overall firmer and better balance. Leg cramps are rare now instead of a daily issue. I’m so happy that I chose this vibration plate. I’ve used a less expensive version and this one is definitely worth the price. I’m using it daily and often twice a day. Not exceeding the recommended 20 minutes total per day. I practice yoga every morning and I am able to do several poses on this plate. The size is great the multiple choices for vibration and intensity and the programs you can select keep it fresh. My muscles were sore the first day after adding it to my usual yoga routine. I’m already seeing results in less than a week. My jeans are getting baggy and my circulation is better. I’m 62 years old and have exercised most of my life. I was skeptical about these vibration machines but my dil purchased this one in December and absolutely loves the results and quality of this machine. The lifetime warranty tells you it’s a quality product. Buy it and use it and you will love it!

With that being said, this is my honest review of using the LifePro for over a month now. Are all vibration plates alike? I'm no expert but I can tell you this one is much better than my low-end model. This unit is heavy providing sturdiness to support all the movement, plus to handle plus-size people as myself. I'm 5' 1" at 160 lbs. I feel my body receives more intensity of the giggling shaking the fat cells loose🤗 with the different direction the vibration platform moves. It's quick and easy to get started. Plug it in, the orange light stays on up front, you now have power. Press the power button which is the circle with the line in the center, right next to it is the tool wheel, press that once P1, twice P2, 3X P3 populates. These are the different program levels. My feet enjoy the feel of the built-in mat on top that's thicker than my lower in model. This beauty comes with lots of accessories and get this --->A lifetime warranty🙌🏾🏆. That is a big plus for me. When investing this type of money you should get a warranty because we all know things usually give out after your 30 or 90-day warranty. LifePro adding a lifetime warranty demonstrates their belief in and backing of their products. I mentioned that this 4D unit is heavy. When it arrived in the box, it took my husband and me to carry it in. Yet once you remove it from the box and the thick foam padding, you thank the Lord it has the two wheels on the side to maneuver it. It rolls smoothly even when making turns. Someone on the team had us over-the-hill people in mind. I have severe muscle spasms and I have used this system each night. It arrived April 23rd, 2026 I have not had muscle spasms during the night since using it. No, I had one last weekend but I wasn't in bed. I've actually not had to take my Flexeril 10 MG as often nor do I have to use my nighttime leg cream as often. When I rise I do my Tai Chi stretching, get on the Lifepro P2, then do my Tai Chi exercise, then P3 to start my day. After work I do my over 60 wall and bedtime stretches and P1 the relaxe followed by a warm shower ending with cool/cold water. Not Freezing. If something should go wrong with the system I will update you and let you know if LifePro actually does stand behind their warranty.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this vibration plate. It has been fantastic for lymphatic drainage and has noticeably helped with my bloating, which was a big reason I started using it. I also find it really helpful for relaxation and meditation sessions. It adds a calming, grounding element that makes it easier to unwind after a long day. The wide range of speed settings is a great feature because it allows you to adjust the intensity depending on what you need. An added bonus is that it is also great for quick mini workouts and has helped me tone up over time, which I was not even expecting when I bought it. The build feels sturdy and well-made, which gives me confidence using it regularly. Overall, this has been a great addition to my daily routine, and I’m very happy with it.

Massively Impactful. Using just vibration mode stimulates the vagus nerve which assists your parasympathetic nervous system and just feels really good, and then the 4D mode engages muscles you didn't know you had. I have recommended this to everyone I know. Whether you want to increase your balance and stability or your strength and muscle mass this is a game changer. Lifepro's customer service is also amazing to deal with, I had an issue with my order and they addressed it immediately and I don't think I have ever had a faster, friendlier and helpful response - a total 10/10 for both the Rumblex Pro 4D AND Lifepro's customer service. Note: the 4D means it has the most directional movement options (up and down, side to side, vibration any any combination of those together) GET 4D!!! Not all brands offer this. Also, the 4D PRO has all sorts of extras that make this one the best all around system ( 4 tension bands , 2 tension straps, 4 resistance straps that simulate weights, 2 non stretchy straps (that help you balance and also engage your arms/upper body when you are standing, which would not happen with out straps), a wrist remote control, foam mat and various ankle straps and handles) as well as loads of online support and community. There is a reason it is not the cheapest. The quality is noteworthy. Of all the ones I researched this one stood out and I am so glad I splurged...I'd do it again without reservation.

The good news: Rumblex product works great. Easy to use and I can definitely feel the effects of a workout adding this as part of my routine. The product arrived missing the wristband, but a quick message to Lifepro and they couriered it out to me immediately. Excellent product and excellent customer service. The bad news: Amazon absolutely sucks when it comes to customer service when they've dropped the ball as opposed to a supplier problem. The initial product order was damaged in transit by Amazon and never reached me. Instead of shipping a replacement they insisted they had to refund my money and I had to order a new one. Problem was, the replacement was at a higher price (I order the original on Black Friday). They said they would refund the difference in price only after the new one was delivered. Well, after spending an hour conversing and getting bounced around to 6 different agents on their chat function and supplying and resupplying the transaction details, the chat went silent as the last agent was "looking into it". After no response for 15 minutes, I said "Hello, Hello, is there anyone there". Finally got a response "Sorry we can't help you". I said that was unacceptable. They finally offered to have someone call me. After about an hour I got a phone call. They told me a refund would be issued in 3-4 business days. Well, it's been about 4 weeks and no refund. Sorry, but Amazon sucks. They're pretty quick to grind their small business suppliers when there's a customer service issue, but they're atrocious when it comes to fixing their own mistakes.

It’s a nice machine. Note that it operates at 110V so you need a sufficiently powerful converter.

Soy de México. El producto llegó de una esquina golpeado y un poco roto, a pesar de estar bien empaquetado. No afecta su funcionamiento. Es por eso que le quito1 estrella. Por lo demás me ha gustado mucho. Y quiero aprender más sobre como sacarle el máximo provecho. Me gusta realizar los programas preestablecidos por 10 minutos diariamente.
