This product works as advertised! The side part definitely guards against pain when wearing shoes. It stays perfectly in place whether walking barefoot or with shoes on. For the comments talking about it not staying in place, perhaps they got one that’s too large? I find it to fit perfectly snug and stays perfectly in place at all times (women’s shoe size 7.5-8, I got the medium.). Starting out immediately with the white shim in place was a bit too painful, so I’m starting off without the shim, and expect as my toe position corrects better I can add the shim in. Without the shim, it is perfectly comfortable even in the shoe. Very glad I found this product!

This works for your foot and keeps it in place. It does get a little sweaty if it's hot outside. Can feel a little tight but I think it does the job. I continually use it off and on and I like it. Good quality.

I have the tiniest pinky toe, and it was impossible for me to buddy tape the two together and was essentially told there was nothing else they could do. I scoured the internet for days trying to figure out what I could do to help me. It's fractured at the knuckle, and I am facing the likelihood of a deformity. I'm also looking at a 6-8 week recovery window. It was horribly swollen, and painful. This is probably, borderline the perfect product to help! I know it's not "for" a broken pinky toe, but it's easily a huge selling point. Just get a pack and keep it on hand just in case, it's cheap enough that you could just add it to a first aid kit. Pros - Comfortable. It provides support and stability, and gives space between the toes to straighten it, and rotate the toe so it's not curling inward against the toe next to it ( which would make it even more likely to heal with a deformity ) Comes in a package of 4. Easy to clean, I wash mine thoroughly with antibacterial soap and warm water, then spray them with Tinactin Antifungal, Liquid Spray for good measure, then allow them to completely dry on a flat surface. They stay in place without slipping around. Cons - The texture took a little getting used to, it's pretty soft and very sticky gel like. It feels kind of gross to handle at first lol. Impossible to wear without a sock on it. It's a hair magnet like no other, and we have pets. It's felt a little goofy walking around with a single sock on when it's been so hot, but the benefits far out way the reminiscent teenage fashion. Shout out to KiraJade for her review! This seemed like it would work at first, but it won’t stay on my foot. I look around and it’s under the blanket or laying across the room where I was walking. I kept tugging it down to get it to stay, but it didn’t help. When I first put them on, i did feel relief on the side of my foot. I tried to wear them all day, but between them constantly falling off and when I sat perfectly still and they stayed on, after a couple of hours they really started making my feet hurt and I had to take them off. They aren’t made to wear all day under shoes. Maybe a couple of hours while you relax and watch tv and are perfectly still and nothing is rubbing over your feet.

I bought it because of pain in my little toe... but it actually makes the toe hurt more... it’s uncomfortable, it slips off the toe... it’s terrible... I used ice and massaged it, and the pain finally went away.

Best purchase I ever made! Totally changed my life! It repositions you pinky toe and cushions the bunion. Stopped all my pain including nerve pain that shot up my foot. Hard to fit into all but my widest shoes, but not wearing wide enough shoes is what started this problem, so I guess I’ll opt for only wearing wide widths. I hope this product will always be available.

These did not work for me. I was initially optimistic because it did appear that they helped move the bunion inward, but is was not enough to relieve the pain.

This has really helped the pain and you don’t even know you’re wearing it. Highly recommend.

I have a terrible problem of walking on my baby toe and half the nail has come out and it has prevented me from wearing a lot of the shoes I have. Well from the first night of wearing this I had such relief from the pain I could actually sleep without constantly waking up. It is a great buy for the quality is great and I think this will last a long time. I have tried other similar items in the past and they were very flimsy and would not stay on my foot, I have had no problems at all with it coming off. It is something I would recommend to anyone who has this kind of problem. I just wish I had found it earlier.

Love this! It very comfortable, don't feel like im wearing anything. Its soft and supports my little toe which i broke 20 yrs ago and is giving me trouble now. My foot is a size 11 woman's fits great with size medium..

They work OK but they pinch my toes too much

Je suis très content de mon achat, j’ai une orteil qui embarque sur ma grosse orteil et avec ce séparateur que je porte 4 heures par jour m’aide beaucoup à mieux marcher, je la porte aussi sur le côté de la petite orteil. Lorsque je les enlèves j’ai beaucoup moins de douleur et une sensation d’un pied reposé.

It did not help for the purpose it was bought for. It’s very chewy and doesn’t do much to hold the toe at all.
