Organic Crispbread, Buckwheat | Gluten Free, Kosher, Vegan – 6 Pack (5.3 oz each)

These are delicious, have great crunch and are gluten free! I just wish they were easy to get without having to get a pack of 6! I shared with my family and they were given good reviews by all. They are a good sturdy cracker with a mild flavor that doesn't compete with toppings. (plain ones, they may have flavored ones?) Recommend! OH, and my Yuka app gives them a 100/100, no additives, healthy, organic.

My nutritionist recommended these buckwheat crackers as part of a new eating regimen for someone who is not supposed to eat wheat. At first it seemed dry and tasteless, but I have come to ENJOY them and use them all day to replace bread. I use them with peanut butter for breakfast, with cheese and/or sliced deli turkey for lunch, and even with lox and cream cheese any time. I find myself using a box every week. For better or for worse, I've lost a pound weekly since I stopped eating bread (plus cookies, cakes, and other wheat products--noodles.)

I have digestive issues, and the buckwheat bread is not only easy for me to digest, but it is delicious too! I put many different things on it for variety- cheese, peanut butter, jelly, and other spreads. I have it as a snack or as part of a meal. I highly recommend it for anyone, whether you have digestive problems or not.

I use these as crackers and also as a replacement for bread when making toasted cheese. Expensive for what they are but I have such a limited diet that I am happy to have found them.

Good product

I love these crackers. They are a semi-strong flavor that I find best with deli meat or cheese. They are definitely my go-to gluten-free cracker.

This used to be my favorite cracker, but something changed. I have ordered them 5 times with 6 boxes to each order. I got an order in May and the texture and flavor was not the same. They appeared to be thinner, but I weighed them on my digital scales and the weight was the same. The ones in the past seemed to have a whole grain texture and the last ones in May were a lighter color and taste more like refined grains. I hate to see what used to be such a good product go down hill. I'm sure it has something to do with money. Sad!

I don't much care for the taste of these crackers *plain*, but adding things to them easily turns them into my new favorite snack. Here are my favorite toppings: 1. cream cheese + dill <<<<< all time favorite 2. cream cheese + touch of celery salt 3. homemade ranch dressing I find I can easily spread cream cheese on these without them breaking. The texture is fantastic: crispy, light and airy.
