The media could not be loaded. Easy to install with given instructions from manufacturer. I didn't have a major hassle of smoothing out air bubbles like with most screen protectors. My only dislike is that its not 100% scratch and damage resistant. But its sheerness on glass is amazing.

The directions that came with the product was very easy to follow, which also prompted me to go online and read the detailed instructions. Very easy to wipe on, wait a half hour and buff out. I highly recommend waiting before bed to do it, so it has time to harden over night. It comes with two wipes, one to clean and one to wipe the product on, and then a buffer cloth to wipe it clean. Easy peasy.
