Good pain relief, value for money, very cooling, takes the pain away, size is good, its not sticky, it's just the smell for me l don't like it, but it takes pain away so I put up with it.

Work's well for me never had the rub on one before when I was younger had the spray on remember it being very hot this has a little heat to it but does the job highly recommend it would definitely buy again 👍👍 👍👍👍👍👍👍
