It gets the job done, but it's quite underwhelming. I have a couple of others that have really nice elastic and really nice padding and hug the ironing board really well. This one is not that. It does get the job done, but you have to really cinch it down and there's not a ton of padding on it. However it does what it says so four stars.

Bought on May 18, 2026; installed on June 2, 2026. My initial impression on taking it out of the package was "My bleep, does this feel cheap." It is a very thin piece of fabric sewn to a flimsy-feeling piece of foam. I thought it was one of those printed foam bath mats. The cover certainly is not made of materials as good as what I am replacing. It is held in place with a drawstring instead of elastic. This made installation difficult, as the corners kept coming up as I tightened the string. The resulting fit was a wrinkled finished surface, which is not good on something being used to remove wrinkles from other things. When this needs replacing, I'll definitely look for something of higher quality.

The shape does not quite fit my Brabantia (B) board, with the tip jutting out. The sides have no elasticity and the width is barely enough to cover the sides, not enough to wrap around it. Still, it is usable and the thick felt seems of better quality than Brabantia.
