Coffee Pods For Nespresso Original Machines, Intense Variety 120

Just ordered my third set of 120 pods. Really good for fantastic price. I'm a fan. Great flavor. Good fit and performance. And the price is more than good! I have ordered my second set of these pods. The flavors are great. None of the pods have failed to produce when I hit the start button. The foam at the top is good, the flavors are as posted - intense. The price is fantastic.

I have been on the hunt for a lesser expensive alternative to Nespresso pods. I have tried so many different brands and the Bestpresso are the best bang for the buck. None of the substitute brands will taste as good as the Nespresso pods, but these are pretty close. I'm on my second order of 120 and not one pod has gotten stuck in my machine. (Prodigio machine) Had issues with some of the other brands. Delicitaly tasted ok, but every 1 in 5 got stuck in the machine and wouldn't work - but only .25 cents each. Garibaldi Gran Caffe tasted very good, but also had bum pods. My favorite Nespresso flavor is Fortissio Lungo and the Bestpresso Lungo is a great substitute. Hope this helps. UPDATE 2/16/24 Haven’t purchased in a while as I switched to Cafe Joe Cuban pods which were phenomenal. Can’t find those anymore so I went back to drip coffee … but these are not as good as I remember. The depth of flavor just isn’t there. My drip coffee is better than these - I use French Market coffee and chicory for reference. I will not purchase Bestpresso again.

I love Nespresso coffee, and have been searching for a long time for an alternative that wasn't so expensive. I purchased this set of 'intense' flavors from Bestrpresso in the hopes that I'd found what I've been looking for. I have to say, I was not impressed. Included in the box are 3 varieties: Risretto (level 1), Intenso (level 2) and Lungo (level 6). They are packaged into individual boxes which include 2 foil lined bags each holding 10 capsules. With the Nespresso capsules there is no smell of coffee when you open the box. I immediately smelled coffee upon opening the bags, so there is definitely something not up to par with the way the capsules are sealed. The capsules are plastic not aluminum like the originals. My biggest complaint is how they work in my Nespresso Pixie machine. The water just slowly drips out of them, and to get the same quantity of coffee that I do from my original capsules, I have to use two Bestpresso capsules. There go the savings down the drain. It seems like the capsules aren't filled as full as the originals. I can push down the foil and create quite an indent in the foil I think this may be the reason they take so long to drip. See enclosed photos; the perforations created aren't as deep compared to the original capsule beside it. I believe that's because they aren't packed as tightly. The taste of the coffee is great. They produce a nice crema. It's not as nice as Nespresso, but pretty good. I don't find the coffee as intense or strong as Nespresso however. Bestpresso customer service was great to deal with. I did contact them to provide my feedback, and they refunded me and sent me another batch free of charge in case there was a problem with that batch. Unfortunately, the second batch (different lot numbers) produced the same results. I cannot recommend these.

El sabor me sorprendió para bien, tiene un aroma. Agradable un buen equilibrio entre intensidad y suavidad. Y las cápsulas funcionan perfectamente en mi máquina me expreso. El café sale con buena crema, y es ideal para tomar por la mañana. Sin duda lo volvería a comprar. ¿Me va para mi cuarto se resto porque mira Antonio por qué tú tienes estas cosas aquí tiran las media de la sala, amigo no hacen nada recoge esto?

I've had a few knock off brands. I'd say this is the best one. I like good coffee. I keep a stash of very high quality stuff for special occasions. But this is my daily sipper. It's a very good coffee for every day drinking and perfect for guests. I went with the more intense roasts and they are good, not bitter. Highly recommended for a daily cup. 2024 Update: Ok blew through my first 80 pack and have an update. Flavor is still pretty good. Definitely fine for a daily cup, the darker roasts are a tad bitter for me so I'll likely keep it medium/dark moving forward. HOWEVER. The cups are very hit and miss in terms of how well the coffee flows out. Several pods just trickle and it takes forever to brew a cup. Not sure what's going on here but it is a bit annoying. On a few occasions it was so slow that I guess my machine just stopped and I only had half a cup of coffee.. Had to use 2 pods to get a full cup about 8 to 10 times out of the batch so that's something to consider.

For me these taste better than Nespresso pods. I never had any problem using these in my Original Nespresso machine, Pixie.
