I need to get used to taking this daily. When I take it. It works really well. It's a bit of a large pill, yet I take it with something that I can swallow it easily. It's ironic that the pills that are small cost more. I don't have a taste by swallowing it, no side effects. Some of it actually dissolves in my mouth and I don't have a bad taste so that's a good thing. I do feel better when I take it

Just as good as One a Day and better price
I like Bronson products. I currently also use the Magnesium Glycinate, which is fantastic! So I noticed this women's 50+ multi and tried it. It's exactly like One a Day and costs less. I happened to be talking to my Dr. and she said she also uses and likes it. So far the Bronson products have been great and I plan to keep using them and others they make. PS I read the fine print ratio of vitamins and this multi has the correct blends.
