CJRB Crag Pocket Knife with 3.3" AR-RPM9 Steel Blade, Carbon Fiber Handle

Great knife for the price, made well and looks good too. The ball bearing mechanism is smooth and opens with little effort. Built to last and just the perfect size. Feels good in the hand just a good easy knife to use.

This knife is a perfect pocket size knife with a very clean feel to it . Is a little stiff at first when opening and closing, but I found that after doing so several times with a couple drops of gun oil it now works like a dream . It’s remarkably well made as far as there’s no left to right movement in the blade literally no slack whether you’re opening or closing it or even locked in the open position the blade is tight ! The actual handle is the only area I personally feel could be contour a little bit more to have a little bit less of an edge . I bought the one with carbon fiber, and this is really actually carbon fiber not a piece of plastic over plastic that makes it look like carbon fiber. I’ve never reshaped carbon fiber before, but I may try to reshape some of the handle to fit my hand a little bit better and have a little less sharp edge. Other than that, I can’t find anything that I can pick on . This is definitely a tool as well as something you could use to cut a steak to an emergency, cutting your seatbelt and never worrying about hurting it . And yes, it’s razor sharp. This is really a knife that you’ll be able to carry for many many years . Can’t say enough good things about it so far .

Workmanship and materials are satisfactory, the design is very appealing to the eye, the price y very good for what you’re getting, the only area of opportunity is the fidgety part, only when closing, it is a little tricky to learn the movement, overall it’s an excellent knife for the price range, definitely recommended.

Was looking for a new knife and knew I wanted a different release and lock design. so I came across this, and was intrigued by the way it operated. The very first time I went to open it I could not believe it.Wow my pointer finger just barely glided across the recoil lock,and it was opened and locked before I knew what happened, and continued to play with it for 20 minutes wondering how it operated so well. Definitely the best design I’ve owned. everything about this knife feels right from the way to the handle to the blade and the clip. It instantly became my favorite every day carry. The blade is very strong when locked open. and just with the easy pull of the spring lock with my pointer finger it was closed, leaving me once again thinking WOW so effortlessly closed.very sharp, very high quality.it feels like I should’ve paid 100 bucks for this.

Cool blade. Nice handle. Poor deployment and detent; not crisp.

I bought this knife 2 years ago and it has replaced my Benchmade as my edc. The pocket clip wasn’t heat treated, but a propane torch, some peanut oil, and 10 minutes in a 350° oven solved that. The heat treatment on the blade is better than some of the $300+ knives that I own and the pivot bearings are buttery smooth. The scales are real carbon fiber and the blade lock is very dependable. The D2 blade holds an edge well. I can’t speak for the second generation Crag, but the first generation is a winner in my book.

A solid knife at a great price, what’s better than that. Love the look and feel of this one, great size blade, good four finger grip and I got huge hands!
