Nice functional product. This is the easiest pepper grinder to fill. It opens up and gives you a good size opening. It is also very easy to use. Love it, best pepper grinder I’ve owned. Only thing that would improve it for me is a slightly smaller grind. I have this for awhile and it is holding up very well.

I bought this grinder for a few reasons: 1) cost effective, 2) size, it fits on the open shelf where I keep my spices and salt cellar, 3) adjustable grind size, 4) ceramic blade that grinds consistently and doesn’t rust (I live in a humid area), and 5) the positioning of the grind function and the grinder’s resting position. Specifically for reason # 5, the grind function of the blade is on top, so the grinder doesn’t rest with the grind blade down on the surface you set it down on—less mess; and the other component of the grind function, the part you turn, is the base of the grinder, which is easy to use when the unit is tipped upside down during grinding; it also is not the same component as the blade, like some cheap plastic grinders you can buy in the spice aisle at the grocery store, which combine the turn feature and the blade both in the plastic lid. This grinder is easy to use, cost effective, efficient, tidy. Super pleased with this purchase. It came stocked with peppercorns already which I didn’t know, but was a nice touch.

Works great and does what it’s supposed to do. Easy to turn/grind, and looks/feels sturdy. I like that the grinder is on the top, not bottom, so no more flakes of pepper all over the counter or table. It also comes filled with peppercorns which is a plus. I have yet to refill it so I can’t comment about that, but overall it’s a nice grinder that I hope lasts a long time.

TLDR: It's easy to grind. It does a good job but will not give you fine pepper. If you only use medium to coarse pepper then this is for you. If you like fine pepper on your eggs for example, this will frustrate you. Pros: It is easy to turn and grind peper. It's fairly durable. (I've dropped it a couple times and it hasn't broken XD ) Looks okay. Cons: The "finest" setting is still pretty course. If you're used to or prefer finer pepper like you get at the store for some goods, you will not be able to get that from this product. Summary: I like it. It is easy to use and for people with wrist or grip strength issues it may be a nice thing to have. it's not skinny, so if you have issues turning things and have small hands, this may be a bit awkward. That said, it does not grind finely. I don't use it on my eggs for example because I don't like to feel chunks of pepper in my eggs when I eat them. I use it quite often on my steaks though! You can see in the picture that the largest peices from the grinder are several times larger than the largest peices from the can at the store. Not a huge deal, but very off putting to me again in some foods, so I just use both products.

I accidentally bought this and almost returned due to the price. Glad I kept it as it's better made than others. The "rubber" grip makes it easy to use, especially if you have troubled hands. The bonus is adjusting the ground size without guessing. Would highly recommend

I'm a cook at a country club, and needed a new grinder for pepper. Durable, grinds very well with multiple different sizes. It's lightweight and gets the job done.

I love this grinder.This is the best Pepper Grinder I have ever owned and I have owned manyfrom Peugeots to Zassenhaus! It is so easy to hold for old hands and it grinds beautifully and evenly.No mess, no fuss

It takes a LOT of turns to get the pepper vs other grinders. It is built solid, and is easy to use. It just takes a lot more turns to grind. I also have trouble lining up the fine PLASTIC threads on the fill hole. It takes me a few tries to get it on straight. I worry about ruining the threads each time I fill it. But it was a winner on a cooking show. So who knows.

We got this on special offer and highly worth it. Comes with prefilled black pepper. I love the course/ fine adjustment. It's a pity that the salt version is much pricier - would have loved to own that s well recommended product
