Beast of a blender. Tons of juice and power. Easy to use and clean and got every job I threw at it done well. Great for my salsa verde!

I needed a bigger blender and this was the best fit for my needs. Definitely recommend the plastic cup, since the metal comes with the additional bars inside( definitely check for pictures of the inside of the cups before purchasing). Took off one star just since it does get a bit overheated and lags a bit after a while but with a bit of rest it’s fine. Definitely super powerful blend, strongest I’ve ever tried in commercial kitchen. Pretty loud, but not much more so than other blenders.

I bought this for my house to make smoothies. It is very frustrating - it continually gets an air pocket and stops blending the food, so I have to stop it, open the top and stir it. I start it and the same thing happens over and over and over. The motor works but the fruit gets stuck around it and stays there until I stir the food. I have tried putting in a small amount each time until it is blended but that only works occasionally. I have tried using more liquid. Same problem. And I can't make a small smoothie because the blade sits up so high, it won't blend without more ingredients. That isn't as big a problem as the fact that it won't blend even larger amounts without taking an inordinate amount of time and constantly having to open the top and stir it. The VitaMix brand is designed so the food continually goes to the bottom and is blended but this product doesn't do that. The food gets stuck around the blades and that's it until I open the lid and stir it. It takes wayyyyy too long and is incredibly frustrating. I would have returned it but the box was inadvertently thrown out, so now we don't have the original packaging. I was expecting a much better blender for the price I paid for this one and for being a commercial model. How could a business use this with the time it takes? Disappointing.

This product has great power, this is what it is, but for commercial quality and hard work it is not enough, this product only works well for the first year, after that it is crap. In my company it gave results and after a year the liquids began to spill and the spare parts did not work, that when the bearings are damaged and the carbons run out, the problems begin. I had faith in it and replaced them 3 years in a row, but it is not worth spending so much money on this product because it costs a lot to repair.
