Q: Where are the mounting screw holes for the escutcheon? I'm looking for one that has both holes just below/to the side of the handle, not diagonal.

The trim kit comes with 3 different faceplate insertions: 2 of which are for the Moentrol valve--- one with diagonal and one with side by side mounting holes.
