This toy walkie talkers is so cute and really fun for my grand kids. They love to play them.

I bought this for my 4 year old for Christmas and let him open it early. It works great and the distance on it is amazing!!! I gave 3 stars because things got weird. During set up he hit the scan button and something come over it which sounded almost like a police radio or trucker radio, strange but switched back to our original channel. We were in the middle of making cookies when it kept making noise on its own. I thought nothing of it. But than, we started hearing other people! As a kids toy idk how safe that is and it was really scary for the both of us. Ringing like a house phone and talking of another mother and child. I got scared so turned them both off. When I turned it back on I could still hear them so I switched to channel two and walked out of the room. After about 5-7 minutes I hear the house phone ringing the walkies make (I don’t own a house phone) from the other room but this time no voice(s) on the other end. The instruction manual doesn’t say that this can/will happen, and complicated to understand on what each button does, etc.. This toy is fun and creative but buy with caution. I thought this would just be a kids thing with privacy. It’s like living in a horror movie where unexplained things happen.

This product has arrived broken. Sadly I didn't realize until my twins opened it for their birthday and they wouldnt switch on, even with new batteries. No response to emails and equirys on how to replace.
