Great tastes! I eat this product after my dinner.

I love Bluebonnet and have always taken a similar supplement that just contains B12 and Folic Acid, but I started ordering these instead since they also contain B6. My other ones are also Raspberry flavor, however something about the B6 changes the flavor. I don't think they are quite as bad as everyone claims though. They are a bit more tart, though still sweet, with a mildly bitter after taste. I just took one right now to remind myself and between chewing and swallowing it was down in about 3 seconds. Take a sip of water and any flavor is gone. People are being way too dramatic about it. The pills themselves are larger than my other Bluebonnet supplement. These are about the diameter of a dime, and the thickness of about 3 dimes stacked on top of each other.

I've been taking these vitamins for about two years now. At first I used a B-complex that had all the B Vitamins, but I swear I started to feel a little funny, so I stopped. I suspected maybe I was taking too much B3 (though I'll never know for sure). The only B vitamins I really wanted were B6, Folate, and B12, which I read should be taken together. This was one of the only combos of those three I could find, and I really liked the relative amounts. I started to take it when I was pregnant and I must admit I initially found the raspberry taste disgusting. But, once I had my baby, they started to taste fine. I like the taste now. I think it's a great product and plan to continue using it for the foreseeable future.

I needed some extra folic acid for my five year old and it was hard to find a chewable so I was glad to find this. It *is* a little tart and a few of my kids aren't crazy about it but they'll still eat it if I give it to them. The daughter that has to have it chews it up fine.

About the size of a dime, I just ordered more bottles so my family can start taking these. I get stomach cramps with other B Vitamin brands, even the liquid ones, but these chewables give me zero bad effects. I've noticed my complete lack of energy has been taken over most days by energy that has me running errands after work with the energy I remember having at half my age. I also have lifelong histamine issues, possibly Histamine Intolerance. You need DAO in your stomach and if you are lacking B6, you can't get adequate DAO. These past few weeks taking this supplement, I have noticed a complete change in my skin itching, my skin's texture, rashes disappearing which is all blowing my mind, my digestion changed, my food intolerances went way down, even my nervous system has completely calmed down (all of these things are connected so maybe it shouldn't be so surprising). Time will tell if this continues. I'm in complete awe with it all so far.

I can't comment on the quality of the vitamin itself, and I assume it's just fine. The taste is really pretty terrible. It smells fine and the first bite was okay. But then suddenly the taste turns very bitter as if you're chewing on a multivitamin with no flavor. For my second dose I tried to just swallow it, but it's a huge wafer that can't be easily swallowed. I broke it in half and the thing got caught in my throat. Chewing it is really the only way to do it. I'll just have to bear with the nasty taste.

I figured since my family is vegan, it never hurts to supplement the usual things that may be a little tougher to get, just in case. According to some sources, the daily recommended requirements for B12 is roughly 2.4 mcg (more or less, depending on size, age, etc.) and each tablet has 1000 mcg of B12. 1000/2.5 = 400 doses per tablet. So technically, 400 people can share 1 pill. So I ground up a couple tablets with my mortar and pestle and added it to my jar of salt and other seasonings, so with every meal I can get small amounts. I did try eating 1 whole pill just to see what the flavor is like and I was pleasantly surprised that it was quite good. This entire jar will last me a very long time. Great buy!

I love the bluebonnet brand this has helped me so much with energy and the fact that the are chewables is even better
