best product I use last 2 years it's really helpful for muscle growth and having High level of energy, i like that.

The product is good but the taste is not good, it is very difficult to drink.If its taste or flavor was to 100 percent then it could not be compared. I think flavor is the common factor avoiding most of people for this. And do not use this before sleeping.
