I’ve been using the CeraVe Hydrating Cream-to-Foam Cleanser for about a month now as my daily morning and evening face wash, and it’s quickly become a staple in my routine. I have normal to slightly dry skin, especially in the colder months here in the UK, and I was looking for something gentle that cleans effectively without stripping moisture or causing tightness. What stands out most is the unique texture: it pumps out as a thick, rich cream (about 1-2 pumps is plenty), and as you massage it onto damp skin with a bit of water, it transforms into a soft, cushiony foam. It’s not an aggressive lather like some foaming cleansers—instead, it’s mild and luxurious, almost spa-like. The fragrance-free formula is a big plus for my sensitive skin; no irritation, no breakouts, and it’s non-comedogenic, so it hasn’t clogged my pores. It does a solid job removing daily dirt, oil, and light makeup (like foundation and mascara if I double-cleanse), leaving my face feeling clean, soft, and comfortably hydrated—not dry or taut like harsher cleansers I’ve tried. I credit the ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and amino acids for helping maintain my skin barrier; my skin feels balanced and plump afterward, without needing an immediate heavy moisturizer. A couple of minor cons: It might not tackle heavy waterproof makeup on its own (I still prefer an oil-based remover first for that), and if you prefer a super deep-clean squeaky feel, this might feel a tad too gentle. I’ve been using this cleanser for about two weeks now, and overall I’m really happy with it. I use it as my daily face wash, and my skin definitely feels clean and hydrated afterwards rather than tight or dry. After using it consistently for a couple of weeks, my skin also looks a bit clearer and healthier overall. One thing I really like is that it removes makeup as well, which is a nice bonus. It means I don’t always need a separate makeup remover, so it saves a bit of time in the evening routine. The only thing I’m not completely keen on is the scent. Although it’s labelled fragrance-free, it does have a slight smell to it. It’s not very strong and fades quickly, but it’s a bit unusual and not the most pleasant. It doesn’t stop me from using the cleanser, though — it’s just something to be aware of. Overall though, this is a really good everyday cleanser if you want something gentle that leaves your skin feeling clean and hydrated.

I felt compelled to leave this review after being so impressed by a travel size bottle, I had to buy a bigger version! I think everyone knows the premium quality of CeraVe face products now with their close focus on ceramides and amino acids. They prove to be a brand of particular relevance by being wonderfully affordable and holding tremendous value. This face wash does everything I fell in love with CeraVe for, from being a gentle yet proactive product. The face wash comes out in a cream form which at first appears similar to some other known brands. The main difference, however, comes through once applied to the face at instantly turns into a highly foamy, exfoliating and soothing face wash. Best of all, the creamy texture followed by bubbles feel wondrously hydrating on the skin. As a sensitive skin sufferer, with combination skin, this face wash truly feels just right. It cleanses without stripping too deeply, thus leaving my face feeling supple, especially when using with their face cream. It's been two months of use for me and my skin honestly have not felt more gentle and spot free. I'll admit when it comes to pigments and acne scars, this face wash misses the needed salicylic acid to tackle blemishes. On the other hand, for long-term use, this face wash becomes the best option to achieving clean, balanced skin.

Cleans nicely and has a smooth texture, I was expecting it to lather up with some water but it doesn't so not sure how it foams( which I expected). Anyway, its good enough as a cleanser, it doesn't dry my sensitive skin and doesn't react with moisturisers I put on afterwards. The pump is great and it looks fresh and its easy to clean sitting at the sink. Use once a day preferably at night to get all that make-up and sunscreen off in a oner. One step clean makes it good value for money.

I had very dry skin , I have used so many different cream to help my skin but nothing helps until I have tried CeraVe cream to foam cleanser . I will definitely but again.

Dry skin here — this cleanser has become a staple. It starts creamy, foams up nicely with water, and leaves my skin clean without that tight stripped feeling. Bonus: it's quietly helped with some temple breakouts too. A pea-sized amount is enough for the whole face, so the bottle lasts. Fragrance-free but has a clean, fresh scent. Good value for a dermatologist-developed formula with ceramides and hyaluronic acid.

Actually my wife used this cleaner for many years, normally she purchased from Boots or other supoer market, this is the first time I found this product on Amazon with good price, I didn’t hesitate to place the order and buy them for my wife. Really recommended items.

Llevo tiempo comprando este limpiador y siempre repito porque me funciona muy bien. Lo que más me gusta es que, además de limpiar la piel, desmaquilla muy bien sin tener que insistir demasiado, incluso con maquillaje que suele costar más quitar. Después de usarlo noto la piel muy limpia, suave y sin sensación de tirantez. Hace una espuma muy agradable y cunde bastante, así que el bote dura bastante tiempo. Para mí se ha convertido en un básico de mi rutina y, mientras me siga funcionando igual de bien, seguiré comprándolo.
