Stohlquist Splashdown Long Sleeve Paddling Jacket

This jacket is very handy especially if you decide to paddle in a t-shirt. It retains heat, VERY, very well that I can't wear too many underlayers beneath. The only thing I don't like about it is the upper portion where the zipper is in relation to the neck, there is a cover over the zipper, but I don't think it covers enough to prevent the zipper from rubbing onto your skin. I'd modify that.If you paddle in this material and don't get soaked too much, you'll end up overheating, so wear this product wisely!

This jacket works flawlessly! It helped extend my boating season by at least 2 months. I do have one minor issue. It runs on the small side as far as the midriff length is concerned and I had to return my first order due to this. The reason I continued with 5 stars is that with my prime membership, I was able to return and upgrade to a larger size almost overnight! Well done Amazon! I was able to meet my launch weekend in 48 degree water without issue!

picture shows a hood, NO HOOD INCLUDED> seems functional, I am disappointed that there is NO HOOD despite representation that there is. seems misleading.

Does not breath. Get very hot. Will keep you dry on the out side but soaking wet on the inside. Would be ok in cooler weather. I would suggest getting a NRS jacket, they breath.

Made from really thin material. Not warm at all. Zippers seem well made. Price is too high for such a small amount of material and no warmth

Ones like this are like 100 bucks this is a deal and works amazing, I sail and this is a life saver

There is only one thing g to say about this jacket its awesome my best yet very warm n dry I hardly wear anything under except my farmer john suit , northern Cali ocean fishing

The Jacket is very light weight and very short in length. I am only 5'10'' and it rides up when I sit down.Not heavy enough for cold weather or winter paddling.
