Where is the soap dispenser manufactured?

I'm not sure, but the dispenser is much smaller that I expected and it's difficult to get the tip off to refill it. The ball is about the size of the palm of my hand.

How many ounces does this hold.

I don't know, but it's big enough -- I used it about 2 months before refilling

Tips on unscrewing the spout? I’ve tried everything.

It does not unscrew - it pops off. Place your thumb on the silicone outside of the metal based spout and use your other thumb to tip the spout away from you. It pops off. Once filled, pop back on.

how do you remove the spout? The metal part seems to be completely glued to the silicone

Place the dispenser on a table. Push down on the sprout counterclockwise. The metal sprout covers a plastic seal that locks the contents in the plastic part.
