I was on top of a 12 ft ladder at work and was on a phone with someone and the phone fell out of pocket bounced off the ground about 3 foot high and then into a pile of snow. The phone had no damage in the slightest and the only thing it did to the case was very slightly bulge out the back cover. No broken front glass or anything. Best case I have ever had, by a long shot!

I've been using these metal cases on my phones for a decade. This is the 1st blue one I've had and I really like the color. I normally break out the screen protector and use my own. This time I tried the built-in one and surprisingly it works perfect. I put it on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. It recognizes my face every bit as fast as my iPhone 14+ does. It did *not recognize my fingerprint at all, not sure why. But FaceID is so much faster I don't use fingerprint on my Galaxy Note anyway. iPhones don't even have a fingerprint option so it's no big deal. Another thing-so many people said wireless charging didn't work for them. I use an Apple charger for my phones and I laid my Note 20 Ultra down on the charger with this case installed and it immediately started charging. It's possible you just need a higher quality charger. I broke down and forked over the money for an Apple charger & 20w charger block awhile back. I didn't expect wireless charging to work because everyone said it didn't. So I was pleasantly surprised. I'll buy this brand again. I'm going to get one for my iPhone if they've got one for it.

Let me start off with the cons. This case advertis that it's water resistant and dust proof. I believe that it is water resistant up to a certain degree. Because of a small slit at the top of the screen protector. Water will no doubt enter and fill the case with some water. I came to this conclusion due to the fact that this case isn't dust proof as stated. In the 1 and a half months that I've been using this case. I've had to open it up and clean out a massive amount of dust. It got to the point where the upper part of my screen wasn't reading touch inputs too well. The screws held up and hasn't gotten stripped so that's a plus. I ended up popping out the built in screen protector. It didn't even cracked. Pretty strong. I just used a Hydrogel screen protector so that I can use the fingerprint scanner. As for the pros. Very strong and well built aluminum case. The rubber that raps your phone is very thick all aroundthe sides. I've dropped my phone so my times and it's still good as new. The weight of my phone with this case is noticeable. I like the weight. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G and with the case after removing the screen protector and putting a different one on comes in at 12.80 oz that's 3.20 oz from 1 lb. So of you don't like a heavy phone. Then this isn't the case for you, but I can tell you that once you get used to it being in your pocket. It will be hard to forget your phone when you don't feel that weight.

Going on my second same case with a 8 year old phone, you honestly won't find a more rugged protective case on the market!!! Out performed the otter case by far in the world of doing construction work and mishaps. My only gripe, is the paint does scratch easily and the kickstand won't last long. If they had one with a gunmetal finish, that be the way to go long term.

This case is a heavy duty case. The pros are the phone is screwed into the case with 6 nice screws. It looks good and holds great in the hand. It has the strap for people that have trouble holding thing and the strap works great. Cons The protection cover for the screen will not allow your finger print to work at all. So I removed mine so I could use them functions. The protection was clear plastic and was also hard to clean all finger prints off with out a liquid. But removing this clear piece its no longer water proof so I hope the 20 ultra 5g is on its own . The removal of the stylus is also hard not impossible but hard due to the phone being further up in the case. I have also noticed the wireless car charger will not work with this case. I cant say if a home wireless would or not. The camera fits great in the case but no protection is on to at all. It has a rubber seal around it but it dont have a clear plastic cover which may be good not to due to you would want the great picture quality Over all this is a nice case but I feel the protective screen plastic should have allowed the finger print to be used. And a way to get the stylus out easier. Oh the cheap plastic stand on back i don't use in fear it is so thin it will break. This will make a large phone way larger to hold so if your a thin fan don't buy this. But I feel they fix the few things I mentioned they will have a great case. 1 to 5 its a 3. Due to the scream protection only.

After purchase I found out really fast that this unit will allow moisture to become trapped in between the phone and the glass front. This rendered it absolutely useless you could not do anything with the phone at that point it was constantly flickering and bouncing from screen to screen with the moisture after cleaning it and drying it off it would work . We found that this happened multiple times throughout the first week so the claim that is waterproof is not valid and or true. second thing that happened was we dropped the case about a foot and a half 2 ft off the ground while sitting at a desk and the front screen completely broke and also allowed the impact to shatter the back of my phone. Would not recommend

This case is exactly what I was looking for. I've had Otterbox, Spigen & UAG cases but they kept on cracking around the edges. I would replace the cases about every 8 months on average. But I think this one is going to last for the remainder of the life of this phone. Upon arrival, I unboxed the case; it came with all hardware needed and extra screws. The instructions were clear and it was easy to put together. Now the case is large, so if you want a sleek look this might not be the right fit for you. But if you want a near indestructible, rugged & sturdy case, I would recommend this one. The only thing that I didn't like is that the screen it comes with isn't fingerprint capable. If you want to use the fingerprint function, you will need to use a heatgun/blow drier to soften the glue on the screen to remove it and then install a fingerprint capable screen on the phone before installing the case.

I got this case for X-mas and is really good. If you read the description before buying it will tell you that the finger print will not work. Also touch screen did not work right off the box, but there is a sensibility feature on your phone settings and as soon as that was on it worked as it supposed to work. And I don't use wireless charging so don't know if it works from personal experience, but read that it does not. Overall is a really good protection case if you don't mind the weight because it will make the phone a whole pound total. Is really heavy.

The screen sensitivity is horrible .. making it very dificult/impossiboe to use the phone.. also water /moisture gets behind the screen, making it not responsive at all, and u have to have a screw driver on you to unscrew the case open and wipe the moisture. Also case paint comes off fast making it look like you stole it from a homeless drug adict.

The build is really rugged, and way more bulky than it looks online. The real issue is that the black color on the metal frame faded out in less than a month, made it look really old and cheap. Had to throw it away!

This protects my phone well enough with its shock absorbency which is why I purchased it. It would be nice to replace the original screen protector that comes attached to the case once it is cracked. It would currently be easy enough to remove since it is just barely attached to the case but I'm not sure if just any screen protector could replace it. I do occasionally get dust under the screen protector which seems strange since the case is screwed together in six places and the screen protector is in the case. I'm not sure where the dust is coming in! This case would therefore not bw waterproof but I did not buy it for waterproof purposes.

Received a "new" case today. Case is all scratched and glass is cracked right down the center.
