I purchased these for a runner that is inside our low-clearance French door from the patio, and after a week I am very pleased. Previous adhesive pads made perceptible bumps in the rug and were only in the corners; the center of the rug always had a tendency to slip a bit. I like that there were enough strips to anchor the long edges as well as the corners, and there are no bumps in the rug. The rug is staying perfectly in place, which is important in the nice weather when we're using the patio door quite frequently.

It is certainly sticky, and sometimes the stuff to peel off can be a challenge. However, it does not to work well with all rug types. I have non-slip rugs, but wanted these to play it safe for my kids in my classroom. One rug it worked well with, my rug don't even move. Although, my other rug, it didn't even stick to the rug but is stuck to the floor. I like it, but be aware it does not stick to all rugs.

I just got these last week. I had been using the no slip liners for years. I was always straightening my rugs. They have not moved all week, even with our dog . I did have to pull up and recenter my rug but the tapes did well. The cut to size so are very easy to use. I highly recommend.

They stick to the rug and the floor really good. Very sturdy

These rug adhesive strips definitely do their job when it comes to keeping rugs in place—once they’re down, your rugs won’t slip or slide at all. I was really impressed with how secure they made everything feel. However, be aware that they are not reusable and should absolutely not be used on bath mats. I made the mistake of using them on mine, and when I carefully tried to peel the mats up to wash them, the adhesive was so strong that it ended up tearing the backing. Sadly, I had to throw my bath mats away. I didn’t rip them up quickly either—I peeled them slowly, but the damage still happened. Overall, great product for securing rugs, but not suitable for all types, especially those you need to wash regularly.

Easy to use and effective to keep rig to linoleum floor.

We have laminate floors and a big area rug in front of the couch. It used to slide all over the place until I added these to the corners. Now it doesn’t budge an inch!Note: One side adheres to the rug with sticky adhesive. The other side has a super sticky rubber that REALLY sticks to the floor. If you pick up the rug, be sure to carefully peel the bottom surface off the floor. If you lift straight up, then the adhesive side will detach from the rug and probably won’t stick again. If that does happen, you can apply some inexpensive double sided carpet tape to the adhesive side if the strip, peel the cover layer off the tape, and attach it to the bottom of the rug.
