Buy. It. Right. Now.
Heats perfectly, easy to get parts off of. Very easy to assemble, sturdy and durable, though I would not recommend dropping it. Compatible with my Ender 3 Pro from Creality, makes leveling SO much easier.

What you must know
A glass bed is worth it for sure, but you need to know the following. This bed is not magnetic, so how do you hold it in place? Use bed clips, you want thumb screw clips. put the thumb screw part on the under side. You can lay the glass bed on the bottom half of the prior magnetic bed. Ofcourse you want to remove the top half, the actual bed first. Now where to put those bed clips? when you level your bed that little pressure sensor hangs around and will bump your clips at certain points. Trial and error works well here. Before your bed and bed clips (separate order) arrive go ahead and level your bed once to watch exactly what areas will be out of the way. Once you get the new bed go ahead and install it with the clips, level your bed and make sure there is no hitting of the sensor or nozzle and bed clips. The clips dont have to be super tight just good and firm. If you try using tape instead of clips you will leave residue on the bed and underside, I strongly suggest avoiding tape. Clean the bed with isopropyl alcohol, I use microfiber towels which come in packs, youll want a pack. I tried using finger nail polish remover to clean the bed and that joker made the bed lose its magic, prints are skating all around now. Removing the bed is now more work as you have the clips to undo and redo so be prepared to let the bed cool before removing prints. I use a razor to pry under the print once its cooled some and that helps pop it up. Your z axis has a switch somewhere that it physically touches. Watch a video on how to adjust this z axis switch now that your bed is much taller than before. I have not needed to use glue or cement so far, and I am replacing my bed that I used nail polish remover on. But I do have an enclosure which keeps air temps warmer (36c ish) your larger prints may have corners lifting due to cooling and reheating. A glass bed with an enclosure is a good combo. Bed cement is not compatible with all bed types fyi. The glass bed holds strong at hot temps and lets go very easy after cooling. Glass expands and contracts with temperature change and can bend and sag a little over time so do some more solid research on glass beds. I hope this helps you!

Make bed leveling easier!
A glass bed makes it easier to level the bed on an ender 3 or ender 3 Pro or any ender printer or Creality machine. It will not exactly make it simpler but takes some of the elements out of the equation. it helps make things a bit flatter. I have been printing on glass since I started with my Robo 3DR1+ so I prefer printing on glass. So this makes it so that I can print on glass again and use my usual ways to make things stick to glass like glue stick or hairspray. Extra Hold Aqua Net hairspray is what are the better things to use. You can use any Hair Spray you want just make sure it is extra hold so that it has that super stickiness. The cheaper the hair spray the better it works usually. This bed gives your printer a hard surface to print on, to help you get more accurate prints. Once the glass cools the print just pops right off the bed. Glass beds are also great if you are going to print using an enclosure to try to print ABS on your Ender Printer. make sure you make yourself some acetone and ABS slurry once you dissolve some bits of ABS into the acetone and it turns into a paintable goo you can paint that on to your glass Creality bed so that your ABS Print have a pad to stick on. be sure to have a constant temperature inside the enclosure so that your prints are successful and do not lift from the print bed. Glass beds like this have many advantages and disadvantages you can swap between this and a flexible bed as often as you want just remember to level and recalibrate your bed every time you switch from glass to flexible.

A pain to figure out but Defiantly worth it.
Some quick tips for people buying this: It requires a completely clean surface so get a rag or dishcloth wet it with water and clean any dust or finger grease that might be on there. Paper towels are ok but leave papery dabrees unless designed to clean glass. Such towels probably work but I haven't tried them. The glass is really stable and has a top layer that makes it super easy to pull the print off at room temperature so you don't need metal bits and you should use plastic flats to pry it off if necessary. The glass is also much thicker than the plate that comes with the ender 3 so make sure to bring the build plate as low as you can for initial calibration. Keep in mind that the glass will bend slightly if the heating bed itself is warped. I found that sticky notes under the glass plate are more than enough to solve this issue with some trial and error. I had difficulty with adhesion when I first got it and ended up adding an extra 10 degrees to the build plate during the initial layers print and slowed the initial print speed down to about 15 mm as well as the speed between. With these settings, the plastic has enough time to grip the plate and will remain sturdy for the rest of the print. I created the settings in Cura. Even with the difficulty of setup, I will defiantly buy it again should the need arise.

Bed height, Temps and speed are critical!!
At first I disliked it. I was replacing my elegoo neptune 2 stock bed which I loved from day one, never had any problems with adhesion but it was a pain to remove prints. Wanted to try a glass bed to upgrade quality and be able to remove prints easier. Out of the box I used this creality glass once and it went right back in the box lol I couldn't get anything to stick without glue. But after sitting on the shelf for a week I decided to give it another go and I tweaked my bed height and initial layer height and messed with temps of bed and extrusion and slowed my initial layer speed to about 25mm/s and after about 30 minutes I got everything honed in just about perfect, I even used feeler gauges instead of paper to set the nozzle height and then I printed the "ender 3 level test" to get each corner adjusted as perfect as I could and fianlly I started the actual first print(which I included a video of, I wanted to test a large surface with lots of little prints) And to my surprise all 20 pieces stuck perfect, I was thrilled. It takes a bit of patience to get it tuned right but if you can manage through the initial setup it is a great bed for the price. I would definitely buy again.

I love it
Absolutely thrilled with the Mefine Creality Ender 3 Glass Bed upgrade! As an avid 3D printing enthusiast, I've experienced my fair share of print beds, but this one truly stands out. The tempered glass plate not only provides exceptional adhesion but also makes removal of finished prints a breeze. I've noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my prints - the bottom layers are incredibly smooth and consistent. The durability of the glass bed is impressive; it maintains its integrity even after repeated use. Installation was straightforward, making it an easy upgrade for any Ender 3 user. This upgrade has rejuvenated my 3D printing experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their print quality and ease of use. A definite game-changer in the 3D printing world!

UPDATED: Original had big flaws, replacement is amazing!
My first glass bed was horrible, after receiving a replacement for it I am now convinced that there was something wrong with the first bed because the replacement is amazing! The original first arrived and the film on it wouldn't even stick to it fully which was strange. Then I couldn't get PLA to stick for my life but after washing it well I found that the PLA began sticking and then wouldn't release the print FOR ANYTHING. Long after the plate was cooled back down the prints were just welded to it and when I got them removed often plastic was left behind still stuck in a thin later to the glass bed's coating. My replacement however has worked like a dream! Filament sticks with no problems whatsoever, the prints remove from the bed very easily once it has cooled back down to room temp and I can print several prints in the same place between giving it a wipe down without any issue with adhesion. Really the difference is just crazy. So I updated from 2 starts to 5. The first bed I got was 2 stars, but the replacement seems to not suffer from any issues and it is 5 stars for sure!
