Do the job well, but casting is rough.
I have been looking for smarter ways to put ratchet straps on my roof bars for a while so I was glad to stumble across these. They fit my aero bars perfectly and I'm happier than I was before, that the load cannot move at all. The casting is a bit rough and ready, as if Thule wasn't bothering to finish them to their usual standard, but that doesn't affect usability.

This Thule Eye bolt did not fit the side track of my Hyundai Santa Cruz. Well made. It just doesnât fit the rails needed to tie-down my kayak. đ˘

FĂźr die regelmäĂige Nutzung mit Spanngurten eher nicht geeignet. Zum Einen ist die Ăffnung zu klein. Vor allem aber ist die Oberfläche rauh, sodass die Gurte beim häufigen Durchziehen schnell beschädigt werden. Kleine Ăffnung, okay. Beschädigte Gurte: definitiv keine Option.
