Unfortunately, all the syrup spilled out of the bucket. The lid needs to be secured to the bucket with tape. Good product, but poorly designed packaging for shipping. I was left without the product I paid for.

Great for ice cream making, but a few of the containers were not 100% sealed because the glucose got between the container and the lid If you have never used glucose before be prepared for a thick, sticky, mess!

Not sure what other people use this for but I only needed a tablespoon and could not find a smaller size. Based on the expiry date I will throw 90 percent away. Product was as described but pease consider smaller size for home cooks
