Each candle is powered by 2 AA batteries (batteries not included). The remote control uses 1 CR2025 button cell battery, which is built into the remote control.

What to do if the candle does not light up?

To set up, install the batteries in the candle (mind the polarity) and turn on the bottom switch. Then, remove the remote's insulation tab to begin use.

Can the candle be used outdoors?

It is not recommended. The exterior of the candle is made of wax, which may deform or melt under high temperatures. Additionally, the candle is not waterproof, so please keep it away from damp or wet areas.

What to do if the remote control does not work?

Please check whether the insulation tab has been removed and whether the battery still has power. Also, ensure that the remote control is used within a distance of 20 feet.
