this dispenser is escellent, the quality is top of the line, the material keeps the cream cold when stored in the fridge. It's easy to handle and it doesn't feel heavy despite the good quality material. Taking it apart and washing the parts is easy and it can go in the dishwasher as well. It doesn't leak. The size is also right for our family of four. Love everything about it. It makes higher quality whipped cream, thicker and tasty.

Wow aren't we now the professionals. This is a great easy-to-use product. We have it filled in our refrigerator most of the time. We add heavy cream, some sugar free vanilla, and liquid cinnamon flavoring. OMGosh, yum! Great for fruit, coffee, cakes, and just about anything else you want to dress up. Ooooh, pancakes too! Unit does not come with the co2, but you can buy those extra, we started out with a box of 12.

It works! It also works beautifully with the chef master whipped cream chargers. Google can walk through step-by-step instructions, but it worked great for me. It fits in the side door of my refrigerator perfectly so I can grab it each morning to top off my latte. Pour cold, sweetened liquid cream into the canister, screw the top on tightly, and insert an N₂O charger into the holder. Twist it on to release the gas, shake vigorously, unscrew the holder to discard the empty casing, and dispense. Be sure to dispense upside down! I probably shook my canister about 14 times. I may only shake it 12 times next time for a little bit lighter whipped cream.

I’ve been using the dispenser for a couple of days now and love it! It was very easy to clean, assemble, fill, and charge. The written instructions are very odd and don’t make a ton of sense, but the pictures are easy to follow and there are many YouTube videos out there on how to use this type of product. My family loves cafe-style drinks, especially the blended “frappe” style ones for summer, but getting them at coge shops can add up very quickly, so I figured out how to make them at home using frozen milk ice cubes, espresso powder, and Torani brand coffee syrups from the grocery store. I was buying the whipped topping in the disposable can to top them, but it’s full of extra unnecessary ingredients and we also try to keep our family’s consumption of single-use, disposable items to a minimum when we can. It seems so wasteful to throw the whole thing away when you use up all the cream. This thing is the perfect solution as the only thing you “use up” is the cartridge, which is metal and can be recycled. I can get a half gallon of pure heavy whipping cream without additives at my local Costco for a very good price. I just added a teaspoon of my favorite sweetener and a little vanilla to the specified quantity of heavy whipping cream and poured it into the pre-chilled dispenser. After charging with a cartridge, I had beautiful whipped cream for my homemade frappes. My preteen Starbucks-obsessed daughter has been in heaven. It’s very easy to dispense. It requires barely any pressure at all, unlike the single-use cans which can be a little finicky and have to be pressed just right. I don’t know why I didn’t order this thing sooner. If you regularly buy canned whipped cream, this is a must have for your house.
