VMAI Cordless Electric Mop with Water Spray & Detachable Battery

First, I want to highlight the product itself: it is an excellent device that is comfortable to hold and easy to use, making household chores much easier. Unfortunately, the water spray function stopped working after five months. While issues like this can happen with any electronic device, it certainly wasn't the end of the world because of how it was handled. When I contacted VMAI support, I was pleasantly surprised. After a few diagnostic questions and a short video of the malfunctioning mop, they promptly shipped a replacement. This is fantastic customer service from a company that truly stands behind its products.

I love this mop so much that I bought a 2nd one after I was having trouble with the first one after 3 years. Turns out the problem was the battery charger. I asked the company if I could buy a new battery charger and they very kindly offered to send me one at no charge. So now I have 2 of these wonderful mops and that is fine with me. One for upstairs and one for down. I like this mop because it is sturdy and not noisy like another mop I tried and sent back. It is easy to operate and does a great job on my tile and wooden floors and does not leave streaks. I mix just a tad of floor cleaner in with the water. I bought a 2nd battery a while back because the house is big and I needed it to get it all done at one time. Probably would be enough cleaning time for a normal sized house. I bought extra cleaning pads also because they get to looking dingy after a while but that is to be expected. I throw them in the wash. I think you will love this mop and the company has great customer service.

Update: I did a review when I first received this electric mop and now I'm just giving an update. In some of other people's reviews. They mentioned the product quit working after a few months. So it's now been almost a year since I purchased this and I have used it several times and still works quite well. I only use it about every 2 to 3 months. I don't have any children living with me and I have no pets so I don't need to use this every month. Other than me trying to purchase a second battery, I have no complaints about the product itself. At this price level, this is a really good electric mop so far. I'll do another review in about 4 months to update how the product is working and if my thoughts about it changes. In the video I talk about the goods and improvements that could make it better. However, I know it's a longer video than most so here is a brief description of those things; Pros: Arrived quickly and was packaged very well. Also, very easy to assemble. Machine is quiet, it's not loud by any means. Also, it is lightweight and easy to maneuver around a room. It cleans the floors quite nicely, doesn't leave any streaks or water spots. Suggestions for improvement; Would be helpful if it had a water level indicator Would be helpful if the lights for the battery charge indicator was more noticeable, maybe the lights change to red when the batteries are about out of power Would be nice to have the ability to turn the light off, which could help in saving the battery power

This is the best mop. Lightweight. Low effort. Fun. No sweating. I have had it a month and I have saved countless gallons of water. It works perfectly even in my greasy restaurant. 😍

I absolutely love the VMAI cordless electric mop! It comes with several pads that are machine washable. It’s easy to assemble as well as easy to use. It’s light weight. It charges quickly and stays charged. It thoroughly cleans all of my floors.

I really like the ease of this cordless mop and the fact that it comes with three sets cleaner pads. I only wish it has a setting to turn it up for a more intense scrub of hard to get areas.

I absolutely love this electric mop! It was very easy to assemble and use right out of the box. After using it for some time, the spray mechanism stopped working, so I contacted VMAI customer support. Sandy from VMAI responded within a day. After just two email exchanges to verify the issue, she promptly sent replacement unit and I received it less than a week. I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally she handled the situation. I have to say that VMAI provides excellent client service and support. Sandy was responsive, courteous, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Based on this experience, I would definitely purchase from VMAI again in the future.

The VMAI Cordless Electric Mop has made cleaning my floors much less of a chore. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and the spinning mop heads do a great job removing dirt and everyday messes from hardwood and tile floors. The built-in water spray is convenient, and the LED headlights make it easy to spot dust and debris in darker areas. I also like the detachable rechargeable battery and washable pads, which make the mop both practical and easy to maintain. Overall, it’s a well-designed cleaning tool that saves time and leaves my floors looking great.

I am using rhis mop atleast for the last six months and believe me we both are above 70 yr old, we are never tired of cleaning 15m x 6m hall, and the battery comes yet for dining. Twice I fill the tank. We both likes to do cleaning .We change the pads atleast twice, and the floor is beautifully cleaned. Lastweek there was a party and somethings fell down like some liquids and coffee. All of my friends were watching me to clean with ease. I too was bit proud to own the machine. But all of a sudden yesterday the battery stopped charging and one side of the mop is rotating with difficult. I have no idea what to do, somuch depressed. To do the cleaning, its nightmare. But still I suggest it's the best, fully I recommend this mop, because its very light and free to all corners and under the sofas. Love it. Above all it sprays dettol and lisol so the floor is really clean and smells beautiful and fresh. Really I miss the mop.

We really like our INMA cordless Mop, it’s well designed, compact and easy to use, works great on our hardwood and tile flooring , it’s extremely quiet, almost silent. Battery discharge time is about an hour, enough to cover all main floors. Blue light bar indicates battery condition. Customer. support is also excellent for this product.
