gotonovo Shower Faucet Set with Handheld Spray Brushed Nickel,10'' Head

love the shower head, its beautiful but now the hose on the hand held is leaking both at the top and at the handle. trying to get information from the seller as to if I'm able to purchase just a new hose and or a hose and the hand held. still waiting for a reply. hopefully they can help me out, if not, this part of the setup is junk. 9.30.26 - UPDATE - The customer service for this product is SPECTACULAR ! after a few conversations , they agreed to send me a new hose so this will be operational again. nice to see a company stand behind their product.

This shower system completely transformed my bathroom into a luxurious, spa-like retreat. The matte black finish is stunning—sleek, modern, and resistant to fingerprints and water spots. The 12-inch rainfall shower head provides full coverage with a soothing, consistent flow that feels incredibly relaxing after a long day. The solid brass construction gives it a premium, durable feel, and the pressure balancing valve maintains perfect water temperature without sudden changes. Installation was smoother than expected, and every component feels thoughtfully designed and high quality. Both the rainfall and handheld options perform flawlessly. Truly an exceptional product that combines elegance, performance, and reliability—worth every penny!

I’m very impressed with the Gotonovo Rainfall Shower System. The overall build quality is excellent - the stainless‑steel shower head and solid brass valve feel sturdy and well‑made, and the matte black finish gives the bathroom a clean, modern look. Installation was straightforward, and all the components fit together securely without any leaks. The rainfall shower head delivers a wide, even spray that feels luxurious, and the handheld sprayer has strong, consistent pressure, making it great for rinsing and cleaning. The diverter and controls operate smoothly, and the temperature balance is steady with no sudden fluctuations.

Accessories all included, perfect to use , the spray is with not much pressure, water resistant, cleaning very well.

We just remodeled our bathroom and put this in our shower and we love it. The extension arm has a pinhole in it and is leaking water. I contacted customer support and they are currently helping me.

Great product, easy installation, great price

This is my 3rd. Review for this shower system. The first two were for their customer support. This one is for the shower system itself. The plumber who installed it said he installs these all of the time, and he never experiences any issues, or any customer complaints. People mention the water outlets being backwards. If you look in your manual the handle is pointing correctly when it's pointing to either hot or cold. Long story short the valve and the markings are correct. I had my plumber verify just in case. Anyways... The action of the valve is buttery smooth. With good water pressure you could drowned yourself with the amount of water this thing puts out. If your not getting good flow remove the shower head and clean the screen on the washer in the shower head (that's all it is) the instructions tell you to run water through the pipe to flush out debris. I didn't do it, and sure enough that little washer filter was clogged. Now this thing puts tons of water out. It's every bit as good as my high dollar Delta setup in my master bath. And I paid about one quarter as much for this system, and I like this one BETTER. I prattle on for an hour. One last thing I got black because this is going in a low use bathroom. I would strongly recommend going with one of the metal finishes in a high use bathroom the black might not hold up as well, I've already scratched it. But as far as fit, form, and function... But it with confidence.

Shower head is very functional for us since our little ones like the lower shower head. The rain shower is really nice, only issue is some of the plastic nozzles have fallen out causing water to shoot in different direction. The company has offered to help send replacement nozzles to fix issue. Hoping the sell the shower head alone in the future if this doesn’t work because it has been a sturdy shower head otherwise.

Try to reach store for replacement, no one contacted me and also Amazon came for pick up for return only. I need a replacement not a return!

Good

Semble ok mais fragile. Pas pour une utilisation intensif mais sinon je suis satisfait pour l’instant

We purchased this shower system in August 2025 in prep for renovations taking place shortly after. We hired a professional plumber to install it. Once the plumber started ‘testing the system’, he indicated the inner cartridge was malfunctioning and we should contact the manufacturer for a replacement cartridge. There was no support from the manufacturer, and the defective item cost us an additional 20 percent of the original cost. In addition this situation confirmed that there is no warranty on the product. We must give Amazon Kudos because once the issue was raised with them, they covered the replacement cost of the cartridge. We will never purchase from this manufacturer again. It’s all show with absolutely no support.

Exelente desempeño, sin problemas hasta el momento
