Box disaster, but great reformer!!
The reformer is wonderful!! Upon arrival, the box was completely demolished. I was concerned, but the reformer was unharmed!!

Love This Reformer
I love this reformer. It’s sturdy, easy to put together (don’t let the big box scare you), nice craftsmanship and shipped in a few weeks. It was money well spent

Not top of the line... Definitely a 3 star
I've purchased the Allegro 2 and then decided to try the Rialto. I am sorry I made this purchase and didn't buy a 2nd Allegro 2. I feel like it's not as substantial as the Allegro 2. I use it at home and the videos are all about the Allegro 2 on YouTube. If you are spending this amount of money on a reformer I would recommend the Allegro 2. Disappointed.

Wasn’t brand new
Happy with purchase but if you’re going to sell a product advertised brand new, it should be brand new. It was obvious certain parts of machine were previously used, scratches etc. the video of the stopper shows it wasn’t a brand new stopper as one example. Easy/fast to assemble, sturdy and well built. Wish there were pegs to hang straps, the box that comes with it is junky foam, bought sturdy box separately.
