Let me tell you the real review behind this product. Currently taking another medicine and it’s put a strain on my digestion. Looked up some other reviews and couldn’t believe that it actually worked but I purchased anyways. First night, I popped one at about 8pm not knowing what I was getting myself into. Fell asleep, and out of nowhere I wake up at 3am. Stomach feeling a little weird but I wouldn’t have woken up randomly like that. Suddenly, a little rumble in my tummy occurs. I sprint to the bathroom and for about 30 minutes, I was fighting demons. It felt as if everything inside my body was being let out. Sweats, chills, gripping the counter for extra support, but in the end I won. My body had finally had the exorcism it needed. I handled my business, went back to bed and that was that. So yes, this product works. It may work a little too well but if you are in need of a cleansing, it starts here.

1. I’ve dealt with severe anxiety & sleep insomnia for 3 years. Also lately slow bowel movement (Only going 1 time every 3-5 days) so I did my research & turns out magnesium citrate not only helps with sleep but it also makes bowel movement speed up. I was very skeptical because I’ve tried it all, I’ve been taking this since July 20 it is now August 14. I knock out into deep sleep for 7 hours , I take it before bed about 1-2 hours prior & ALSO I visit the bathroom now at least 1-2 times EVERYDAY ! ! It’s incredible what this has done

I’ve been taking this magnesium citrate consistently and it definitely keeps me regular without being harsh. It works predictably and doesn’t cause cramping or discomfort like some other products I’ve tried. One thing I really appreciate is that I only have to take one capsule to get results. That makes it easy to stay consistent without feeling like I’m taking a handful of pills. It’s also easy to swallow and doesn’t upset my stomach. I take it in the evening and have noticed it helps me feel a little more relaxed before bed as well. Overall, it’s a simple, effective supplement that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’ll continue repurchasing.

This is without a doubt the best magnesium citrate I have tried, I have serious problems going to the bathroom and I had tried several brands and none helped me with that problem, and I decided to buy this one without expecting anything different and it has surprised me a lot, I go to the bathroom every day and I am no longer or feel inflamed, I love it forever🥹❤️

Magnesium is an excellent boost especially for the summer hot months. I have been taking this and have no fatigue or leg cramps anymore

Arrived on time in great condition. Did exactly what was expected. I took for fatigue 3 hours before needing them. And like a light bulb my fatigue went away just long enough to do my job that I was doing. Helped 100%. Enables me to sleep afterwards well and become fully rested. This is what I found which is particular to me. Very happy with product.

Update: This helps sleep but isn't kind on my sensitive digestion so I swapped to the magnesium glycinate chelated version which seems to be better. I have trouble staying asleep and having good continuous sleep for last 8 years due to co sleeping with my children who can't help but fidget. Also due to stress. This was amazing. I have had deep continuous sleep and I feel alive again. Just give it a go. I tried ashwaghnada before but it made me groggy the next day. This does not.
