Good quality option in comparison to others.
Work as advertised. Doesn't feel flimsy like others, so really good build quality. Good connectivity so no lag at all. There is a small interval with the switching if you have one HDMI connected as a secondary monitor for a laptop. Value for money.

Great put but no support for warranty in india
The product is exceptional, deserving a five-star rating. However, I have been unable to reach the official seller, distributor Sophus Technosol, for any warranty claims, as my attempts to contact them through various emails and WhatsApp based on the information provided on the Ugreen website have gone unanswered for the past two months. This review pertains to my experiences with other Ugreen products, as I have purchased nearly 20 different items in the past, but I faced reality when seeking support. In short rely on ugreen quality not on indian seller.

Value for money and works as intended.
Works just as described. Using it with a monitor to switch between a laptop and a docking station, the switching is instantaneous. The built-in LED indicator shows which input is routed to the output for the monitor. Compact in size, approx. 2 inches x 2 inches.

Good product but having loose connection issue from day one
Using it for almost 1 year. It works as expected. I am using it to switch it from laptop to pc at a time. so that I don't have to use monitor switch to switch from hdmi 1 to hdmi 2 every time, which can damage monitor's switch over time. 3 star because some time it didn't work on button press and then i found its due to loose connection problem . I tried new hdmi cables but still same problem that means hdmi cable is not an issue. Fyi I am using high quality hdmi cables. So as a solution I did connection such a way that can minimise wire movement also while pressing button I am taking extra caution not shake wires.

Great quality HDMI switch
UGREEN produce quality products. Everything I have tried from them works perfectly. This HDMI switch is no exception. It provides a solid connection from 2 different devices into one monitor BUT, it is missing out on a feature that my 10yr old generic HDMI switch had, no auto switching. My old HDMI switch would automatically swap input sources when it wasn't receiving a signal from one source, but surprisingly, the UGREEN one does not and requires manual switching every time. It's not a major issue, but a slight annoyance. However, the UGREEN HDMI switch works flawlessly, handling 2K signals flawlessly with no flicker, even across different sized monitors with different resolutions.
