I’ve started taking this ADK 10 supplement recently and I’m pretty happy with it overall. Very easy pill to swallow, great quality of product

These are great. I take one daily per my cardiologist’s order. You can tell the difference when you take them and when you don’t.

I started this brand about 6 months ago. Been taking ADK from other vendors for about 5 years. My D3 levels have in the past stayed low to middle of the range. After finishing my first bottle of this I had my yearly bloodwork done. My doctor called and said my D3 was too high and asked me to stop... So this one definitely works! I now take this every other day and it keeps my levels perfect.

Vitamin D bloodwork has been improving consistently since I started using this product over a year ago. After last visit my doctor said whatever you're doing for Vitamin D is working too well, so cutting back to every other day. Years of 10k and 50k iu supplements never worked as well as this product.

The ADK 10 says +olive oil, but the capsules I received are all powder. I’ve purchased the ADK 5 several times and there is definitely oil in the capsules. I assumed the ADK 10 would be the same. They are not. Was my bottle packed with the wrong items? Maybe.
