Dr. Boz Keto BHB Powder, Mexican Chocolate Spice Exogenous Ketones, 20 Ct

The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was that there was an awful lot of powder on the outside of the packets, rather than inside them. Annoyed that something that costs as much as this stuff does, they should treat every particle of it like gold, I commenced making myself a cup of hot chocolate. The packets are made of paper, easy to tear open, and reminiscent of a simpler time when products weren’t all packaged in some kind of space aged material that either tears unpredictably or can’t be torn at all. Any remaining peevishness I had evaporated completely once I tasted the deliciousness. It’s not as spicy as I thought it might be, but there’s just enough spice to make it more interesting than plain chocolate. Add a big splash of heavy cream, and it’s better than any cocoa I’ve tasted. I suppose It’s possible that I may have forgotten what cocoa is supposed to taste like, given that I haven’t had any for decades, but I’m delighted with it. The taste is just a bonus, because the real reason for drinking this is to nudge me into ketosis, which it does admirably, with no gastrointestinal repercussions. I’ll be needing some more soon!

The flavor in itself spikes my sugar, but once my body realized it's not, it dropped right back down. I LOVE THE FLAVOR, BEST TASTING WORKING KETONES! MIX WITH PLAIN WATER OR ADD TO COFFEE BEST OVER ALL KETONE IMHO

EDIT: I eventually was able to get replacements for this shipment. Have received a couple more autoships of these and no issues, thankfully! I love all the BHB products! Good tasting and not too sweet! Perfect! Have not had a broken packet in my monthly shipments since. Further edit: Still no issues with the packaging. These ketones are great mixed into keto porridge or skyr yogurt, and give me a great energy boost in the morning. So tasty! The packaging that Amazon put them in to ship caused a total of 5 serving packs to split and basically explode inside the boxes…. Spent an hour cleaning up the intact packets and attempting to report the damage. Because they are not returnable, there is no way to report shipping damage. I added these on subscription, but may have to rethink that based on this latest experience…. So disappointed! I love Dr. Boz!

I like a hot drink in the morning and this product is great. Ah, the rich chocolate is just a bit tangy. The first time I drank it I felt totally energized. I’ve been on a ketogenic diet for 5 years and lost the fat I wanted to, however my body is not producing ketones like it used to. This product is a miracle for me. I now get the ketone levels in my blood I want. That means I’m energetic, not hungry, and clear thinking.

I mix with water then add a couple tablespoons of HWC (heavy whipping cream) for a shake like taste that has great flavor and boost my ketones!! I only knock off a bit because the price is a bit much to use on a regular basis.

Great stuff! It gives such a wonderful boost without getting overstimulated as with caffeine. And wow, it turns out ketones are so important. Dr. Boz and her approach have solved on-going problems for me, not the least of which is a long-standing inability to loose weight. But once I learned more from her, I realized my problems were much deeper and possibly life threatening. The GOOD NEWS is that they can be reversed by diet and following what the wonderful Dr. Boz is teaching! She is a gift from Heaven for sure, and Angel among us. Thank you, Dr. Boz!

Great product! Increased my Ketones and has a great taste!!

Works, and the chocolate taste is good. I just can’t get past the Stevia after-taste. Would love a reformulation with allulose. I won’t be buying this again.
