Great tooth polish
Love this stuff-it is seriously cleansing! It is pretty intense, but it really polishes the teeth nicely & has lots of beneficial ingredients. Highly recommend as a weekly refresher for your oral health. ๐ฆท

Cleans like a Dentist
Only used once, feels like I just had a dental clean. Removes coffee stains and I imagine red wine or smokers stains would go too. A little goes a long way so this should last awhile.

Have not noticed a difference in whiteness of my teeth, but after brushing, they feel very smooth and clean.

Gritty but nice clean feel
I haven't noticed much whitening, but I do love the way my teeth feel after using this. Kinda reminds me of being a kid and the dentist would polish my teeth after cleaning. It's a bit gritty and sometimes that grit stays with me throughout the day, even after substantially rinsing after use. Not a complaint, just an observation. Like I said, it's like when the dentist used to polish my teeth as a child.

Effective, but awful taste
I suspect this is effective, but the taste is rather revolting. There's pumice and paste with a mint flavor, but the mint doesn't disguise the bitter taste. The trouble is, since my user experience wasn't pleasant, I keep forgetting to use it.
