Really helps with muscle pain
This cream has become a staple in my home. Whenever I have sore muscles or back pain, I apply a small amount and it starts warming up within minutes. It genuinely helps relieve the pain and makes me feel much more comfortable. The warming effect is quite strong, so a little goes a long way. Just make sure to wash your hands after applying and avoid contact with your eyes. If you’re looking for fast relief from muscle aches and stiffness, this is definitely worth trying.

Soothing distraction but no pain relief
Find this helps relax my neck pain & use it a lot but it doesn't stop the pain, just soothing. I love the smell too!

Johnny Cash would be pleased
Extremely useful when used in the correct context such as pulled muscles and standard aches and pains which being over fifty is constant 🙄 not very useful when you fail to wash your hands sufficiently when undergoing the morning post breakfast poo and combined with cheap toilet tissue which resulted in as Johnny Cash once sung about a flaming ring of fire 🔥.

Can be very helpful but smell is too strong
Warms muscles and joints and brings (temporary) relief but the smell... So strong and awful, overwhelming, wasn't able to use because of that.
