This bag is absolutely amazing! I am a freelance makeup artist and hairstylist so what I carry my tools in is very important. This bag is great if your a hair stylist because of the compartments. You can also condense your makeup kit and fit all of your essentials for hair and makeup in this one bag. I am also an artist that works in NYC so when I don't feel like driving and want to hop on the subway this is the bag I reach for! I have the zuca artist flyer (the bag that rolls) and is amazing but not for subway travel when I have to walk up steps. This backpack goes right on my back and the Saturday straps and back support that's built in is amazing! The back is also constructed very well so it keeps everything in place so the bag doesn't pull on your back. If you are a freelancer I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this bag. If your a makeup and hair fanatic and travel a lot with your Kit this is great too as a carry on! This is also a great bag to start out with if your a new freelancer and looking for a bag to transport! This bag is so professional and sleek! Any where you go with a zuca when working as a freelancer it turns heads and impresses people. Zuca is THE go to back for artists and hair stylists!

If you are in the makeup field or even simply travel often, you need this! I cannot stop raving about this backpack, the padding on the straps and on the back for when it’s super full/heavy are perfect. Great bag for carrying on a flight - can fit all your tech with ease. So many pockets and even the thermal pocket meant for hot hair tools fits a water bottle perfectly and keeps it cool!

What can I say about my Zuca Make-Up Artist backpack? It has changed my life! I am a professional Makeup Artist and have used a more traditional rolling case for years. I mostly do production work and need to be able to haul all of my gear no matter where we are working that day. I could be working in a nice, air conditioned office building, backstage or on the street depending on the day. I have an aluminum director's chair and a diva light to haul around in addition to my makeup and hair products. This case lets me carry all of my gear and keeps my hands free. I love all of the compartments. It seems to be designed by an actual artist. Truly functional, well-made and stylish. Love it! Zuca, do you need a field representative?

I have been looking for an organizing system that fits my needs. This is perfect for me. I use it to organize make up, cleansers, shampoo, etc. for traveling. I have another one that I use for a first-aid kit. Although this is described as a makeup organization case, depending on your needs, you can use it for different organizational strategies. It will accommodate up to 4 of the small pouches with a little room at the top, or some combination of the mini-pouches and small pouches. It just depends on what you want.

This beautiful case is the perfect necessity for a mobile makeup or hair artist. The two insert bags included are large enough to hold palettes and the zip compartments fit smaller accessories wonderfully. It has a thin strap that allows the large opening to stay open by attaching to the backside of the case. The thermal pocket is a great design for the hair artist in a hurry! It can easily fit two smaller/thin hot tools. It's a good size bag; enough for the artist who carries all his or her tools and it wears comfortably as a backpack (although it is rather large for the shoulders). Standard shipping- arrived two days after my order was placed! Wonderful seller, impeccable product.

I'm a hairstylist/makeup artist and I really want the large Zuca roller bag but this backpack is so handy! All the pockets are really large and the side where hot tools can go is awesome! The large center pocket can hold lots of my tools (more than you would think) and it comes with 2 of the removable pouches which are great. The straps are actually really comfortable and it fits nicely on my back, which is not always the case as I have a short torso. Overall a really great purchase and it got here within a week.

I love Zuka and have used their rolling bags for years. I like their backpack, but I don’t love it. It feels like it’s better suited for individuals for have smaller torsos. It’s an odd feeling where it settles in my back. I also wish it was a tad thicker because it’s difficult to zip with products are actually filled inside of the pockets.

If you are a mobile hairstylist, this backpack is perfect for you. It’s compact very comfortable and fits everything you need to travel to a clients house.
