This is one of my favorite oils from Eden’s Garden. I love the blend of frankincense that it includes. It’s definitely a hit and the diffuser are mixed in facial oils are just Dad) a little less perfume.

This is one of the few frankincense essential oils that has that recognizable frankincense aroma. The reason for that, is that most brands are adulterated. The resin is incredibly expensive, so I would say 90% of the companies have mislabeled their product, on purpose. Any Catholic knows what frankincense is supposed to smell like! And yes, there are various varieties and each will have a slightly different aroma, but If you, like me, also use pure resins, once again, you know what boswellia smells like. This is it. It's not going to smell exactly like church incense because church incense also contains myrrh and benzoin, but this definitely is boswellia. Wonderful for cleansing and healing. Very highly recommend, especially if you've been disappointed by frankincense essential oils in the past.

I've used a few different frankincense oils from a few different brands over the years, but this is my first time trying a blend of several different frankincense oils together. The verdict: it's really good. I like the smell of this. I love frankincense in general, but I think this is *probably* the best-smelling one I've tried, or at least tied for first. I've run out of my other bottles of frankincense, so I'm going off memory. This one is musky and sweet and fairly strong. If you're using this for perfume or aromatherapy, I think you'll be happy. I use frankincense for skincare and for body sprays (basically, perfume). I add this to a grapeseed carrier and use it on my skin at night -- my skin loves frankincense! I also like to mix it in a glass spray bottle with lavender, witch hazel, and water for a strong, perfume-like body spray. I've used a number of Eden's Garden oils over the years, and they haven't done me wrong yet.

This Edens Garden Frankincense Around the World is a blend of seven different kinds of frankincense. The label tells me which kinds of frankincense and which countries they are from. This blend is from India, Somalia, East Africa, Oman, Ethiopia (two different species), and Kenya. It is steam distilled and made from resin. The aroma is wonderful. This frankincense comes in a 30 ml amber recyclable glass Euro dropper bottle. Both the oil and the box it comes in are nicely presented and very giftable. The price is a bit up there, but this is 30 ml of a high quality 100% essential oil from a woman-owned, family-operated business. I respect the business and I feel like this product is worth its cost.

I am not well versed on using this oil for anything but for scent. I am waiting to break down and buy a diffuser, soon. Tonight is the first night I lit my wood stove for my warmth source because it is supposed to snow here tomorrow... I am in California and I will believe it when I see it. In any event, when I do a stove fire in my living room I usually have a pot of water on the stove to put some moisture in the air. Usually I go outside and pick some rosemary, sage, or some pine needles to flavor the room with the hot water on the stove. Tonight I sprinkled a few drops of this frankincense into the iron kettle and it has filled the air very mildly with scent. Maybe not even enough, so next time I will drop a little more in there. It smells wonderful!
