Nicely Painted!
Looks like a nice heavy duty unit- Fit my 1960 Ford 641 Workmaster perfectly , snug fit on my tractor PTO and on my 305 Bush Hog PTO. Makes things a lot quicker to install than old knock thru drift pin models. Will update once I see how good it works after mowing with it.

Back to mowing
I was surprised when I opened the package and saw it was a strange butterscotch color...but it went right on the pto shaft of my tractor. The driveshaft on the Bush hog connected as well but was very difficult to get over the splines. I greased it up before use and it works perfect. Does have a degree of slop to it not in the shafts but in the mechanism itself. Should be good for a year or two I hope.

Convenient PTO Over run clutch
I purchase this over run clutch to use on my Ford 8n. I took it a step further and replaced the factory PTO shaft so I would have a good match on the splines. I installed and connected the finish mower and started to cut. Simple and solid connection. I also like the easy removal from the tractors PTO shaft for storage of clutch and allowed me to secure the cap that came with the new PTO shaft for a clean look and reduced dirt collecting around seal.

So So... Lasted a bit less than three years.
I can believe that the best thing that was said about these was from someone who said it was "nicely painted"! (As if THAT was important...)I'm more interested in whether or not it works well, (it did), and if it lasts, (it really did not).I purchased this to use on an old (1950), tired, Ford 8N tractor. Supposedly, these couplers are rated for 60-75 HP, and my 8N, when NEW, were rated less than 30 HP. At time of purchase, I also installed a new PTO shaft, to ensure a good fit with minimum run-out. The tractor, including this coupler, is lubed regularly. Our property has about 1 1/2 acres of lawn that gets mowed about every-other week with a Woods RM59, FINISH MOWER, and about 3 acres of mixed weeds and pasture grasses (no heavy brush), that gets mowed about three times a year using a 5', Deer rotary mower (bush hog). (We live in Kentucky). When I finished mowing earlier today, I found that the inner-hub had fractured.I purchased this in September of '21. It is not "junk", but I expected the part to last somewhat longerthan three years.I will purchase again, since they probably all come from the same factory in China, these days.

Game changer
This is a game changer. Makes a shear bolt brush hog react like a slip disc. Cut twenty acres of heavy brush and didnt feel beat up from the hog jumping, when I was done. Worth the money. Paint was chipping off. But it wasnt much of a concern to me.
