TMCRAFT 128oz Mini Keg Tap System, Stainless Steel Growler, Matte Black

I love craft beer, particularly IPA beer. So I purchased 2 of the 128 oz. units for myself. One in use for a week, and one on deck. I typically only drink one a day, so each growler lasts a week. As you can figure, I arrange it so I never run out. For my wife I purchased the 64 ounce version. She has different taste than I. When hers is empty I refill it. I highly recommend this product if you want something to keep at home. It is single wall construction, and not insulated. As such it meets my wants and need perfectly. Since I have three, I recently ordered some gaskets as in time they might, and I stress the word MIGHT, just in case. Customer service is top notch..... Get yourself a couple. You will not regret them.

Best customer service, I would recommend to purchase on that alone. Product is working perfect to carbonate kombucha or homemade soda, but my regulator slowly stopped working. Then it of nowhere, it would hardly move and had a crack in it, but no leak. I requested a replacement through their website. I did this late at night 9:15 pm PST and received a reply within minutes stating it is naturally a sensitive part (not their part necessarily, but regulators in general) and can damage easily. They offered a replacement free of charge without issue or question. Other than that hiccup, I really do love it, it's nice and small and makes forced carbonating easy.

UPDATE: After the vendor reached out and apologized, I received a replacement part practically overnight. After testing the new part for a few days, this keg works perfectly as advertised and I'd happily buy it again. Very convenient and once you have the hang of it, great for force carbing and pouring beer, cider, etc. Great and fast customer service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’d happily change to a 5 star review if it worked, but the tap handle leaks to the point where it’s useless. The tiny white and black O rings within the tap handle seem to be the source of the air leak, after much troubleshooting. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a fairly common QA issue.

Okay, so we had a keg on the 4th of July and didn't quite finish it all. It was pretty flat after we put it in growlers, mostly because the keg got overpumped. So I was hoping to be able to recarbonate the beer. I was successful! The regulator is amazing. I just had to set it for about 20psi and let it sit upright for about 3 or 4 days, then drain off some of the pressure and pour the beer. I finished that round and decided to try it on some beer I had in a gallon growler in the back of my refrigerator for over 10 years. I had never opened it, and when I capped it (10 years ago) I made sure it was bubbling so that no oxygen was inside. I did the same thing... 20psi, 4 days... After 10 years, what's another 4 days? The beer (a hefty IPA) that had gone mostly flat is now super mellow, CARBONATED, and a delight to drink. My only complaint about the entire system is that the tap tends to drip quite a bit after shutting it off. I wouldn't mind a new tap assembly (just the tap part, not anything else), as I shouldn't have to replace the teeny tiny white o-ring right away... All in all, I am pleased with this system. I kind of wish it was a double wall vacuum sealed insulated stainless steel system, but the neoprene wrap that they give you keeps it cold for a few hours out of the fridge. I hope this is helpful to those of you who are on the fence about getting this. I highly recommend it.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my dad, and he absolutely loves it! Takes a bit of learning but once you get it dialed in, it’s very consistent. I don’t drink beer but my dad and husband do, and they are both very impressed. Definitely recommend!!

Works great, easy to setup and get working. Still figuring out right co2 pressure levels. Love the double growler size. One beef though. I have another GrowlerWerks version and it is so much better for travel with the internal tap hardware and a lever that flips backwards so it is out of the way of accidental flicks while traveling. You could take the tap out and put small cap in for safer travel but you would loose much of the carbonation doing that. Simple fix would be to put a small pin lock in tapper so that if pin was in, tap can not be flipped. Also smart to at least turn off Co2 while traveling so if you do get an accidental flick, it will not dump entire keg in car - I speak from experience! Final note on single wall vs double wall kegs. I actually prefer the single with sleeve. If Beer does get warm, you can immerse keg in ice water to cool it back down fast. That is a much slower proposition with double wall keg if it does get warm.

Growler missing "beer hose weight" upon delivery, but otherwise seems well built enough for my needs. I have contacted the manufacturer and we'll see how they respond I guess.

This product competes well with growlers that are three times its price. Furthermore, I had a minor issue with mine after a little under a year of use and TMCRAFT sent out the part to fix that issue next-day under warranty without any hassle whatsoever. Great product and great customer service

I did a lot of research before I purchased this 3.6l growler/ mini keg. Doesn't disappoint on any level. What a fantastic way to get beer from a local tap room or brewery and keep it fresh and pour your favourite pint at home. Easy to set up and use. Great way of reducing plastic containers. Very positive comments on the quality of the product from my local tap room. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a way to keep and serve beer

It will force carbonate, it does take a few days in the fridge at about 20 psi. I had to check regularly and adjust the pressure as the CO2 fell into solution. The result was a sparkling mead after about three days. The unit is built with quality components and holds pressure and dispenses as it should. No leaks. Very satisfied.

I bought this rig to bring my home draught beer with me. So far it has proven to be exactly what I had hoped. Assembly was quick and easy. It took less than 5 minutes to assemble, and all you need is the tool provided, and a knife or scissors. It is easy to use and clean. The regulator is pretty sensitive but easy enough to dial in to the desired pressure. The attached video was my 3rd pour. A few things to note. The Co2 that I ordered with this had a vastly different shipping time. This meant waiting days to use it after getting it. Also it should be kept in the fridge to avoid a cup full of foam due to the temperature difference of the gas vs the liquid inside the growler, causing gas bubbles in the line. I love this thing, and would definitely recommend it. Cheers!🍻
