Ok- so I wanted to love this opener so badly. When I first came across it I knew I had to have. It’s the perfect spooky fun seasonal opener. A cute conversational piece. However, I opened this the other day to open two bottles of wine and found it extremely difficult and thought the opener may break. It was extremely difficult to get the cork out. Will likely resort to my usual corkscrew . :/ perhaps I got a janky model but i doubt it will last long. Updated my rating because of the support from customer service being responsive and helpful!

You do need to realize the top beak goes under the beer bottle lid. Seems different but... works great.

Love it because it looks super cute and makes me smile every time I use it. The only problem is that the black color starts to come off after only a couple of uses. It's also not quite as strong as other corkscrews, but it works well to remove corks if used gently.
