Comfortable Firm Air Mattress!
This summer, I bought two of these air mattresses for a camping trip, and they were perfect! The 18-inch height was just right, and they stayed fully inflated for the entire week. The included air pump made inflating and deflating them quick and easy. I slept comfortably on one for a full week on a gym floor, which really impressed me! We will definitely be using these for future camping and youth group trips. I also love how roomy the storage bag is—it’s large enough to fit a set of sheets along with the mattress, which keeps everything organized and compact. I’m already looking forward to sleeping on it again!

Perfect for me
This single bed was perfect for me for a girl's trip with a bunch of old ladies. I don't like to share a bed since I toss and turn. This inflated in no time by just plugging it into an outlet. I put sheets, blankets and a pillow and it was surprisingly comfortable. You can adjust the firmness which worked great for me. A nice thing was that it deflated easily and following the instructions, I rolled it tight to get all the air out and it folded perfectly to fit in the carrying bag. It was lightweight enough for me to carry and easily fit into my car with all the other stuff since I tend to over-pack.

“Perfect for sleepovers and guests”
I recently purchased the Intex Twin Size Air Mattress with the 18-inch height and built-in pump, and I’m extremely impressed. First, the height alone makes it feel much more like a regular bed than a typical air mattress, which is perfect for guests who might be used to sleeping on a standard mattress. It’s comfortable, supportive, and provides a good night’s sleep without the usual sagging or unevenness you sometimes get with air beds. The built-in pump is a game-changer — it inflates the mattress in just a few minutes, and deflating it is equally fast. I love not having to deal with a separate pump, and the controls are very straightforward, making setup and takedown hassle-free. This is especially helpful for hosting last-minute guests or when moving the mattress for storage. The Dura-Beam Deluxe Comfort-Plush surface is soft yet supportive, giving the mattress a luxurious feel. I found it very comfortable for a full night’s sleep, and my guest reported the same. The mattress has held air very well so far — I haven’t noticed any leaks, flattening, or loss of firmness over several nights of use, which gives me confidence that it’s durable and well-made. It’s also versatile and portable, making it ideal for guest rooms, sleepovers, camping trips, or any situation where you need an extra bed that’s easy to set up and store. Cleaning is simple as well, thanks to the easy-to-wipe surface. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. This mattress is comfortable, convenient, and reliable, and it feels like a high-quality air bed that will last. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a guest bed, travel mattress, or temporary sleeping solution — it’s comfortable, practical, and easy to use.

Good customer support
I really like the bed, easy set-up and quite comfortable. Love the built-in inflation, so no need to look for pump every time. Since purchase, we have only used it a handful of times in the (under) year of ownership. The issue began when we last pumped it up and we realized that it was deflating rapidly and would no longer stay inflated anymore. We visually checked everything to best of our ability and determined it looked “normal”. Still no luck. This bed was sold with the promise of “puncture resistant” listed under Special Features! That is the number one reason I purchased it. I was very disappointed, so I decided to contact Intex support. I want to give them credit, I used the chat feature and was connected to a real agent upon request right away. He had a lot of questions, and I had to jump through some hoops that I wasn’t happy about because I told him this was an air mattress not a refrigerator and I was only up for limited troubleshooting in this case. He understood and had me perform a couple of troubleshooting procedures such as using soapy water and investigate the entire mattress for leaks. OK, done, no leaks were found. He was somewhat satisfied with that and I asked them to just replace it at this point. He agreed, and I had to go back online answer a few questions on a form and upload receipt and that was done. Two days later I received replacement! Impressive. I just want to say this is the kind of customer service that you want to see. This is how to build brand loyalty. So bravo and thank you Intex!

Quality product!
Purchased this to have for a guest staying with us. Fantastic item! Price point was perfect, it’s sturdy (my 6’3”, 263 lb husband tried it out with no problem), our guest slept comfortably, it both inflates and deflates quickly and packs away easily when not in use. I’m thrilled with this mattress!

Avid outdoor sleeper approves
As I age and my daughter gets older our sleeping arrangements have changed. I ordered two of these in the twin size so that she can have her own bed - away from silly dad. The height was something I was concerned about, as rolling off of, or on to the ground is not something my body appreciates anymore. Immediately upon delivery I inflated one of them. It’s definitely taller than the 18 inches that it’s described as. It’s nice to have a built in pump - it’s one less thing to pack. I was unsure of how well it would inflate the mattress. It does a great job so no matter how firm you like, unless your body likes the ground, it can accomplish it. It was also really easy to deflate it a bit to get the perfect amount of support with some comfort without dipping into the middle like a deflated banana. I don’t know how long the pump will last, but I’m hoping if I get to store it in a temperature controlled environment, it will last as long as the mattress. It took less than 3 minutes to inflate. The pump pulls 60W. So my small Ecoflow can inflate over a dozen times, and if you’re in a hurry, inflate/deflate ten or more times. It has a standard outlet 110/120 plug. I personally won’t have a problem with it for camping or for guests. So far it’s worth the extra money for a tall twin, but I’ll report back after some off grid use.

It really does stay firm all night
First I'd like to say when we inflated this at home upon arrival it would not hold air. Per the product instructions I reached out to the manufacturer & got a replacement. Then the new one arrived and as predicted it did stretch and need refilling the first few nights. It's been two years and I can say I've slept on this camping and it stays firm all night. The first night at camp I do top off the air once the temp dropped using a usbC powered air mattress pump. The mattress has a built in ac wall plug that you can use to inflate it with.

Good sleep when it doesn't leak but wont last long
I used to love these mattresses. The first one I bought lasted me over 5 years, traveling with me on the road across the country because I liked it better than the hotel beds. And I used it for my guests who used to comment on how great the bed felt and how well they slept. But the last three that I bought all in the last 16 months have started leaking in less than 5 months. The last one only lasted 2 weeks with only 5 nights of use. This does not include when I inflate them and let them stretch and inflate them again several times. I follow the instructions to a T. I don't know what to do, because I am extra tall and this is the only mattress that I can find that has excellent support that is also 2 inches longer than the standard twin air mattress length. Expecting a person to inflate and then put the mattress in water to find the leak is crazy. Its not easy at all. It also seems, at least for me, that the leak occurs along the seam. And the soft side won't take a patch kit. And the leaks always start to occur after putting it away and refilling it. FYI I vacuum the floor before and after every time it is used or put away. I also am very careful to deflate the mattress and pack them exactly like they came originally. I even go so far as to put an extra blanket under the mattress to protect it while sleeping. And thats a good idea anyway because the mattress tends to draw the heat out of your body and feel cold dispite the cloth layer. Its an excellent rest when they are not leaking So if you buy it, expect to have to keep returning them until you get a good one, and get 6-8 months of use out of each good one. An expensive mattress may cost you 150 dollars or more and last a couple years. That means the Intex Twin is between 0 and 50 dollars more than the expensive mattresses every two years. Other brands will also be shorter unless you buy a queen or king size. The frequent returns are time-consuming and if the company just made them a bit better, lasting more than 6-8 months they would be worth the money. I'm tall and cant sleep on a soft mattress. This is also true for my family (for when they come to visit) So the longer mattress with good support matters enough for me that I keep buying them. And I will keep looking for a very stiff, taller twin from a better company. But this is it for now.

Fascinado
